2011-2012年全國排球聯(lián)賽河北男排進(jìn)攻得分特征研究

【摘要】：現(xiàn)代排球比賽中以運動員精湛的扣球,漂亮的撲救,扣人心弦的來回球,讓全世界的排球愛好者著迷。隨著世界各國排球競技水平的不斷進(jìn)步和進(jìn)攻能力的不斷提升,我國排球運動的水平也在顯著進(jìn)步。在排球聯(lián)賽中能否取得勝利,主要看其整體技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平是否穩(wěn)定、高超,以及球隊是否擁有頑強拼搏的精神品質(zhì),而這其中的關(guān)鍵又在于球隊的進(jìn)攻體系是否完善。要想使一支省級排球隊伍在全國排球聯(lián)賽中取得優(yōu)異的成績,對其進(jìn)攻得分系統(tǒng)的研究又顯得至關(guān)重要,這一進(jìn)攻得分系統(tǒng)不僅包含扣球得分、發(fā)球得分,還包括攔網(wǎng)得分和因?qū)Ψ绞д`得分,這四大要素缺一不可。河北省的男子排球水平在不斷發(fā)展,但同時也暴露出一些問題。河北男排是全國男子排球甲A聯(lián)賽的�？�,但球隊的戰(zhàn)績卻一直處在聯(lián)賽末端,雖然在聯(lián)賽進(jìn)程中也有過許多精彩的表現(xiàn),但多數(shù)情況下都是通過保級賽留在甲A,不免留下許多遺憾。在2011-2012年全國男子排球聯(lián)賽中,河北省男子排球隊再次打入甲A,但最終仍舊名列最后一名。本文通過現(xiàn)場觀看2011-2012年全國排球聯(lián)賽,并對河北男排及與對手的全部比賽數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,分析河北男排進(jìn)攻得分特征,比較與不同層次對手的差距,以了解河北男排在進(jìn)攻中的優(yōu)勢和不足,為今后的訓(xùn)練、備戰(zhàn)和比賽提供一些理論參考和幫助,從而提高自身的進(jìn)攻能力。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法等研究方法對2011-2012年全國排球聯(lián)賽第一階段河北男排的主客場10場比賽進(jìn)行分析研究后,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前河北省男子排球隊的進(jìn)攻得分體系具有以下四點特征:河北隊扣球得分率與扣球失誤率均高,在同一場次的比賽中自身發(fā)揮不穩(wěn)定,河北隊對扣球技術(shù)的掌握有所欠缺,河北隊的扣球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)基礎(chǔ)不夠夯實;河北隊攔網(wǎng)得分與強隊相比差距較大,與同等對手差距較小,河北隊的攔網(wǎng)高度占有一定優(yōu)勢,但仍舊與對手有15分的攔網(wǎng)得分差,說明河北隊并未較好地利用身高和攔網(wǎng)高度優(yōu)勢,制約住對方扣球得分;河北隊因?qū)κ质д`得到的分?jǐn)?shù)大幅度低于自己失誤送分,因?qū)κ挚矍蚴д`和發(fā)球失誤的得分率低。因?qū)Ψ绞д`得分雖然在河北隊的總得分率影響因素中排在第二位,但卻成為河北隊輸?shù)舯荣惖闹饕?其失誤送分遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)多于因?qū)Ψ绞д`獲得的分?jǐn)?shù),這在很大程度上對得分系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部穩(wěn)定造成了嚴(yán)重影響;河北隊的進(jìn)攻得分高低在主場與客場情況下相差較多,心理因素對河北男排的進(jìn)攻得分系統(tǒng)影響較大,其中在自身失誤送分率上也能夠體現(xiàn)出河北隊亟待加強對比賽心理因素的干預(yù),將比賽主觀心理因素的負(fù)面影響降至最低。再綜合出此次聯(lián)賽中與同等對手及強隊的綜合分析后,得出以下結(jié)論:河北省男子排球隊在2011-2012年全國排球聯(lián)賽的10場比賽中,總得分591分,失分774分,最終獲得第12名,進(jìn)攻得分系統(tǒng)存在問題;河北省男子排球隊伍的進(jìn)攻得分體系中得分優(yōu)勢不夠突出,弱項失分較為顯著;河北省男子排球隊扣球得分率與扣球失誤率均高,自身發(fā)揮還未達(dá)到成熟與穩(wěn)定階段;河北省男子排球隊攔網(wǎng)得分與此次比賽中強隊的攔網(wǎng)得分相差較多,與同等對手差距較小;河北省男子排球隊因?qū)κ质д`的得分大幅低于失誤送分,因?qū)κ挚矍蚴д`和發(fā)球失誤得分率低;河北省男子排球隊在比賽中受心理因素干擾較強,心理因素對與同等對手的比賽輸贏產(chǎn)生了較大影響。通過統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)與觀看現(xiàn)場比賽,結(jié)合專家意見,本文對河北省男子排球隊在今后的訓(xùn)練和比賽中應(yīng)注意:加強扣球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練,加強隊員間的接扣配合;加強河北隊隊員在比賽過程中的心理素質(zhì)培養(yǎng);減少自身失誤,提高扣球及發(fā)球的成功率;加強攔網(wǎng)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)培養(yǎng),提高攔網(wǎng)得分率;堅持發(fā)揮扣球和發(fā)球特長,突出優(yōu)勢。

With the development of the world's volleyball competitive level and the continuous improvement of the attack ability, the level of the volleyball movement in our country is also making remarkable progress. The ability to win in the volleyball league mainly depends on whether the overall technical and tactical level is stable, superb, and whether the team has the spirit of hard work, and the key is whether the team's attacking system is perfect. in order to make a provincial volleyball team achieve excellent performance in the national volleyball league, it is also very important to study the attacking scoring system, which not only includes the score of the score, the service score, but also the score of the blocking net and the score of the failure of the other party. The four elements are short of one. The level of men's volleyball in Hebei province is growing, but at the same time, some problems are also exposed. Hebei men's volleyball is a regular frequent of the national men's volleyball league A, but the team's record has been at the end of the league, although there are many excellent performances in the league process, but in most cases it is left in A by the level-keeping race, leaving many regrets. In the 2011-2012 national league of men's volleyball, Hebei men's volleyball team was once again driven into A, but it was still the last one. This paper, through the on-site observation of the national volleyball league of 2011-2012, and statistics on all the match data of Hebei men's volleyball team and their opponents, analyzes the characteristics of Hebei men's volleyball attack, compares the difference with the different levels of the opponents, to understand the advantages and disadvantages of Hebei men's volleyball in the attack, and provides the future training. The preparation and competition provide some theoretical reference and help, so as to improve its own offensive ability. In this paper, through the methods of literature, observation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper analyzes and studies the 10 games of Hebei men and women in the first stage of the national volleyball league in the first stage of the national volleyball league in 2011-2012.
