【摘要】：通過專家訪談等方法,研究高校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)委員會(huì)的職責(zé)與工作路徑優(yōu)化。研究認(rèn)為:當(dāng)前高校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)委員會(huì)對(duì)外具有執(zhí)行落實(shí)上級(jí)有關(guān)文件,承擔(dān)高校面向周邊的體育類社會(huì)責(zé)任以及對(duì)外交流等職責(zé),對(duì)內(nèi)擔(dān)負(fù)規(guī)劃校園體育發(fā)展方向,制定校園體育重大決策,指導(dǎo)、協(xié)調(diào)、評(píng)價(jià)全校性群眾體育活動(dòng)的開展,審批、管理體育類單項(xiàng)協(xié)會(huì)等職責(zé);在校園體育文化發(fā)展主體多元化的現(xiàn)狀下,高校體委工作存在著主體不清、責(zé)權(quán)不明、邊界模糊等問題。建議:高校體委應(yīng)遵循方案起草、審核、文件下發(fā)、實(shí)施部署、實(shí)施方案、監(jiān)督、總結(jié)與存檔的規(guī)范化工作路徑,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)高校體委的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理。
[Abstract]:By means of expert interview, this paper studies the responsibility and working path optimization of college sports committee. The research holds that the current sports committees of colleges and universities have the responsibility of carrying out the relevant documents of the higher level, undertaking the social responsibility of sports and exchanges with the outside world, and planning the direction of the development of campus sports. To formulate major decision-making, guidance, coordination and evaluation of campus sports activities for the masses, to examine and approve, and to manage individual sports associations; In the present situation of the diversity of the main body of the development of campus sports culture, there are some problems such as unclear subject, unclear responsibility and power, fuzzy boundary and so on. It is suggested that the college sports committee should follow the standardized working path of drafting, checking, distributing, implementing, supervising, summing up and archiving of the plan, so as to realize the standardized management of the sports committee in colleges and universities.
