【摘要】：我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽作為由我國大學(xué)生參加的國內(nèi)高水平的三對三籃球聯(lián)賽,它的順利開展以及蓬勃健康的發(fā)展具有重要的政治價值、文化價值、社會價值、經(jīng)濟(jì)價值以及競技價值。本論文以我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽競賽管理體制為研究對象,并根據(jù)我國大學(xué)三對三籃球發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境的實(shí)際情況,在我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽的主流價值取向的指導(dǎo)下,積極研究和分析我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽競賽管理體制。并得出以下結(jié)論:1.在我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽的外部政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境、法律環(huán)境、體育管理體制以及主流體育價值評價取向七個因素的間接影響下,大學(xué)生體育協(xié)會、聯(lián)賽賽區(qū)委員會、參賽高校三個內(nèi)部主體通過相互協(xié)商與妥協(xié),最終形成了占主流地位的我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽價值取向,其內(nèi)容為:政治價值追求、文化價值追求、社會價值追求、競技價值追求、經(jīng)濟(jì)價值追求。2.在我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽的主流價值取向指導(dǎo)下,通過對我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽競賽管理體制的管理機(jī)構(gòu)、賽制、運(yùn)動員的參賽資格、參加比賽辦法、聯(lián)賽的運(yùn)營模式和大體協(xié)與贊助商的責(zé)權(quán)關(guān)系這六個重要組成部分的分析研究,為了建立像中國大學(xué)生籃球聯(lián)賽(CUBA)一樣的我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽而提供理論支撐。3.我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽競賽管理體制的作用就是將聯(lián)賽競賽管理工作安排到相應(yīng)的組織部門,同時,明確各部門之間的關(guān)系,規(guī)定與劃分好各組織部門的責(zé)任與權(quán)限以及通過制定的管理制度、運(yùn)行機(jī)制來保證競賽管理工作按要求出色的完成。簡而言之,我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽競賽管理體制的作用就是保證聯(lián)賽競賽管理工作能按要求出色順利的完成。4.以我國現(xiàn)實(shí)宏觀環(huán)境為基礎(chǔ),通過科學(xué)的、民主的決策方式,與各方共同創(chuàng)建我國大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽競賽管理體制的長期發(fā)展目標(biāo),該目標(biāo)為:國家立法管理、政府指導(dǎo)、大體協(xié)監(jiān)管、代表參賽高校整體利益的大學(xué)生三對三籃球聯(lián)賽委員會具體管理,參賽高校具體承辦的競賽管理體制。
[Abstract]:As a high level three to three basketball league in our country, the three to three basketball league of college students in our country has important political value, cultural value and social value for its smooth development and vigorous and healthy development. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Under the indirect influence of the external political environment, economic environment, social environment, technical environment, legal environment, sports management system and the evaluation orientation of mainstream sports value of college students in China, Through mutual negotiation and compromise, the university students' sports association, the league competition district committee and the participating universities have finally formed the value orientation of three pairs of three basketball leagues of our country's college students, which is the pursuit of political value. Under the guidance of the mainstream value orientation of the three-to-three basketball league of college students in our country, through the management system of the three-to-three basketball league competition management system, the system of competition, the qualification of the athletes, and the method of participating in the competition, The operation mode of the league and the relationship between the responsibility and power of the major sports association and the sponsors are analyzed and studied, which provides theoretical support for the establishment of the three-to-three basketball league of college students like the (CUBA) of the Chinese University Basketball League. The function of the three to three basketball league competition management system of college students in our country is to arrange the league competition management work to the corresponding organization departments, and at the same time, to clarify the relationship between the various departments.
