【摘要】：高等體育院校形象是指體育院校的精神面貌、行為特征的總和以及內(nèi)部成員和外部公眾的總體印象和評(píng)價(jià)。目前,較多的內(nèi)外部公眾對(duì)體育院校仍存在著一些刻板的印象和片面的認(rèn)識(shí)。高等體育院校要想在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中生存發(fā)展,就必須塑造好自己的形象。研究表明,良好的形象可以為高等體育院校發(fā)展創(chuàng)造好的生存環(huán)境。本文以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法研究方法為主,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)湖南師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院形象的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,提出湖南師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院形象塑造的目標(biāo)、步驟、內(nèi)容,期望對(duì)湖南師大體育學(xué)院的形象塑造提供借鑒。結(jié)論:1通過(guò)對(duì)內(nèi)部成員問(wèn)卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),內(nèi)部成員對(duì)湖南師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院形象的總體評(píng)價(jià)良好。調(diào)查表明,大多數(shù)內(nèi)部成員對(duì)學(xué)院精神、院訓(xùn)、辦學(xué)定位的內(nèi)涵基本不了解(學(xué)院理念形象評(píng)價(jià));對(duì)學(xué)院的科研水平、教學(xué)形象、管理水平持較高的評(píng)價(jià),但對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)水平評(píng)價(jià)不等(學(xué)院行為形象評(píng)價(jià));對(duì)學(xué)院校園綠化、教學(xué)樓館場(chǎng)地滿意(學(xué)院視覺(jué)形象)。通過(guò)外部公眾問(wèn)卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),外部公眾對(duì)湖南師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院形象的總體評(píng)價(jià)良好;調(diào)查表明,大多數(shù)外部公眾不了解學(xué)院精神和院訓(xùn)(學(xué)院理念形象);對(duì)教學(xué)形象、管理水平、服務(wù)水平持肯定態(tài)度(學(xué)院行為形象);對(duì)學(xué)院校園綠化、教學(xué)樓館場(chǎng)地滿意(學(xué)院視覺(jué)形象)。2湖南師范大學(xué)體育院校形象塑造的總體目標(biāo)分近期、中期和長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)。從完善學(xué)院理念形象、學(xué)院行為形象、學(xué)院視覺(jué)形象入手,使學(xué)院在華中地區(qū)、國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際上具有一定的知名度和美譽(yù)度。3湖南師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院形象塑造的步驟為學(xué)院形象診斷、學(xué)院形象設(shè)計(jì)、學(xué)院形象建設(shè)和學(xué)院形象檢測(cè)。其中學(xué)院形象診斷以內(nèi)部問(wèn)卷與外部問(wèn)卷為依據(jù);學(xué)院形象設(shè)計(jì)以以人為本、強(qiáng)化主體、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)持久為原則;學(xué)院形象建設(shè)以外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部環(huán)境建設(shè)為主;學(xué)院形象檢測(cè)的目的是檢測(cè)計(jì)劃實(shí)施的效果。4湖南師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院形象塑造的內(nèi)容為對(duì)學(xué)院理念形象、學(xué)院行為形象、學(xué)院視覺(jué)形象的塑造。其中學(xué)院理念形象包括學(xué)院精神、院訓(xùn)和辦學(xué)定位的塑造;學(xué)院行為形象包括教學(xué)科研形象、人才培養(yǎng)形象、社會(huì)服務(wù)形象和交流與合作形象的塑造;學(xué)院視覺(jué)形象主要以學(xué)院校園綠化,教學(xué)樓館場(chǎng)地建設(shè)和修繕為主。
[Abstract]:The image of higher sports colleges refers to the mental outlook, the summation of behavior characteristics and the general impression and evaluation of the internal members and the outside public. At present, many internal and external public still have some rigid impression and one-sided understanding to physical education colleges. If physical education colleges want to survive and develop in competition, they must build their own image. Research shows that a good image can create a good living environment for the development of physical education institutions. In this paper, a questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the present situation of the image of Hunan normal University physical Education College, combining with the methods of literature, interview and statistics, and the goal and steps of the image shaping of Hunan normal University physical Education College are put forward. The content is expected to provide reference for the image shaping of Hunan normal University physical Education College. Conclusion: 1 through the questionnaire survey of the internal members, it was found that the internal members had a good overall evaluation on the image of Hunan normal University physical Education College. The investigation shows that most of the internal members do not know the connotation of the spirit, training and orientation of the college (the evaluation of the image of the idea of the college); The research level, teaching image and management level of the college are highly evaluated, but the evaluation of the students' learning level is not equal (the evaluation of the college behavior image), the campus greening and the teaching building are satisfied (the visual image of the college). Through the external public questionnaire survey, it is found that the external public has a good overall evaluation of the image of Hunan normal University physical Education College, and the survey shows that most of the external public do not understand the spirit of the college and the college training (the image of the college idea). To the teaching image, the management level, the service level holds the positive attitude (the college behavior image); It is satisfied with the campus greening of the college and the venue of the teaching building (the visual image of the college). 2 the overall goal of shaping the image of Hunan normal University is divided into short, medium and long term goals. Starting from perfecting the image of college idea, the image of college behavior and the image of college vision, we can make the college in central China. At home and abroad, there is a certain degree of popularity and reputation. 3 the steps of shaping the image of Hunan normal University physical Education College are: college image diagnosis, college image design, college image construction and college image testing. The diagnosis of college image is based on internal questionnaire and external questionnaire; the design of college image is based on people-oriented, strengthening the main body, long-term lasting, the building of the image of the college is based on the external environment and internal environment construction. The purpose of college image detection is to test the effect of the implementation of the plan. 4 the content of the image shaping of Hunan normal University physical Education College is the image of the college idea, the image of college behavior, the image of the visual image of the college. The image of college concept includes the shaping of college spirit, training and orientation, the image of teaching and research, the image of talent cultivation, the image of social service and the image of communication and cooperation. The main visual image of the college campus greening, building site construction and repair.
