對(duì)我院體育教育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生教學(xué)能力分析與研究

【摘要】:健美操是體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生必須掌握的基本能力之一。同時(shí)也是各體育院校健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生的終極目標(biāo)。在“健康第一”體育教育思想的指導(dǎo)下,為了更好地適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展,滿足教育和學(xué)生的主體需求,注重教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng),已經(jīng)成為各大體育院校的重點(diǎn)課題設(shè)置部分。因此,對(duì)健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生的教學(xué)能力進(jìn)行科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)和培養(yǎng)研究,以及做到如何培養(yǎng),是健美操教學(xué)面臨的首要問(wèn)題。本文以我院體育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生的教學(xué)能力為研究主題,以我院2011級(jí)、2012級(jí)、2013級(jí)健美操專項(xiàng)生50名為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。主要采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法獲取數(shù)據(jù),首先以我院《健美操專修理論與技術(shù)》教學(xué)大綱為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)理論部分設(shè)置、技術(shù)部分設(shè)置、能力部分設(shè)置三個(gè)方面對(duì)我院健美操教學(xué)體系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。根據(jù)教學(xué)大綱的內(nèi)容,將我院體育教育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)教學(xué)能力結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置為:教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力、理論知識(shí)掌握能力、專業(yè)技術(shù)掌握能力、競(jìng)賽組織能力、教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,結(jié)合我院教學(xué)大綱,分別從這五個(gè)方面對(duì)我院體育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)教學(xué)能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析研究得出結(jié)論:(1)我院的《健美操專修理論與技術(shù)》教學(xué)大綱設(shè)置中,對(duì)于體育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)教育學(xué)生的理論知識(shí)掌握十分的重視,在科目設(shè)置方面也十分的健全;同時(shí),我院十分重視技能部分的訓(xùn)練和培養(yǎng),在技能部分的培養(yǎng)側(cè)重點(diǎn)在不斷的向健美操專項(xiàng)教學(xué)學(xué)生的教學(xué)能力引導(dǎo);最后,對(duì)于健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生的能力培養(yǎng)是循序漸進(jìn)的,首先通過(guò)第三學(xué)期進(jìn)行最基本的健美操編排能力進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,在第四學(xué)期的能力設(shè)置中就將編寫教案能力作為了重點(diǎn),其中,編寫教案能力是理論知識(shí)掌握和第三學(xué)期技能掌握的綜合體現(xiàn)。再此基礎(chǔ)上第五第六學(xué)期,就加入了更為專業(yè)和嚴(yán)格的組織教學(xué)訓(xùn)練能力和編排組合和成套動(dòng)作能力、競(jìng)賽組織與裁判能力傾斜。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)我院體育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)教學(xué)能力現(xiàn)狀分析得出,我院健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生教學(xué)能力還處于一個(gè)較為中等偏上的水平;健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力處于十分薄弱的狀態(tài);健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生掌握理論知識(shí)能力處于十分理想的水平;技術(shù)掌握能力總體上處于比較高的,尤其是教學(xué)課時(shí)和技術(shù)訓(xùn)練的安排上取得了廣大師生的一致好評(píng);健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生競(jìng)賽組織能力處于十分薄弱的現(xiàn)狀;關(guān)于學(xué)生教學(xué)實(shí)踐的重視程度上,學(xué)生與老師反映都十分良好,超過(guò)80%的學(xué)生都對(duì)教學(xué)實(shí)踐很重視,我院健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生的教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力十分的優(yōu)秀。(3)在研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)我院體育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)教學(xué)能力中,課前設(shè)計(jì)能力和競(jìng)賽組織能力方面存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析,得出結(jié)論得出我院目前健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生競(jìng)賽能力的培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展過(guò)程中主要存在實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏和競(jìng)賽編排能力的薄弱。我院健美操專項(xiàng)學(xué)生課前設(shè)計(jì)能力薄弱的原因是,缺少社會(huì)相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),因此在提高其他素質(zhì)以及能力的同時(shí),更好的溝通和了解能力顯的更為重要,一方面需要加強(qiáng)學(xué)生要自身社會(huì)實(shí)踐的鍛煉,另一方面學(xué)校缺乏這一方面正確積極的引導(dǎo)也是存在這樣問(wèn)題的很重要的原因之一。(4)針對(duì)我院體育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)教學(xué)能力的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題,最終給出提高體育教育專業(yè)健美操專項(xiàng)教學(xué)能力,應(yīng)該從加強(qiáng)教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)多提供社會(huì)實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)和建全專項(xiàng)學(xué)生教學(xué)能力考核制度入手的建議。
[Abstract]:Calisthenics is one of the basic abilities of the students in physical education. At the same time, it is the ultimate goal of the aerobics special students in various sports colleges. Under the guidance of the thought of the first physical education, in order to better adapt to the social development, to meet the needs of the education and the students' subject, to pay attention to the cultivation of the teaching ability, it has become the key task setting part of the major sports colleges. Therefore, it is the primary problem for aerobics teaching to carry on the scientific evaluation and cultivation of the teaching ability of the special students of calisthenics, and how to train them. In this paper, we study the teaching ability of the special-purpose students in our college in order to study the teaching ability of the special students in class 2011, 2012 and 2013, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis. This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire method to get the data, firstly, based on the theory and technology of the special repair of calisthenics in our hospital, the system of the calisthenics teaching system of our hospital is analyzed through the theory part setting, the technical part setting and the ability part setting. According to the contents of the syllabus, the structure of the special teaching ability of the sports education in our hospital is set as: the teaching design ability, the theoretical knowledge grasping ability, the professional skill holding ability, the competition organization ability, the teaching practice ability. Based on the questionnaire, this paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the present situation of the special teaching ability of the physical education in our hospital from the five aspects, according to the teaching program of our hospital. In addition, we attach great importance to the theoretical knowledge of the special education students in the sports specialty, and it is also very sound in the setting of the subject. At the same time, our hospital attaches great importance to the training and training of the skill parts. In the end, the training of the most basic calisthenics is carried out through the third term. In the capacity-setting of the fourth term, the ability of writing teaching is the focus, among which, the ability to write the teaching is a comprehensive reflection of the theoretical knowledge and the skill of the third term. On the basis of the fifth semester of the last semester, a more professional and rigorous organization of teaching and training, and the ability to organize and set up a set of action, the competition organization and the decision-making capacity are inclined. (2) Through the analysis of the present situation of the special teaching ability of the sports specialty in our hospital, the teaching ability of the special-purpose students in our hospital is still at a relatively moderate level, and the teaching design ability of the special-purpose students in the aerobics is in a very weak state; The ability of the special students to master the theoretical knowledge of the aerobics is at a very ideal level; the ability of the technical mastery is generally at a relatively high level, in particular the arrangement of the teaching class and the technical training, and has obtained the unanimous praise of the teachers and students; The ability of the special student competition organization of the aerobics is at a very weak current situation; on the importance of the teaching practice of the students, the students and the teachers are very good, more than 80% of the students pay great attention to the teaching practice, and the teaching practice ability of the special students in our college is very good. (3) On the basis of the research results, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the ability of pre-course design and the ability of the competition organization for the special teaching ability of the sports specialty in our hospital. It is concluded that there is a lack of practical experience and the weakness of the ability of the competition arrangement in the course of the cultivation and development of the competition ability of the students in our hospital. The reason that the pre-class design ability of the special-purpose students in our hospital is weak is the lack of social-related practical experience, so it is more important to improve the other quality and ability, and to better communicate and understand the ability, on the one hand, we need to strengthen the students' exercise of their own social practice, On the other hand, the lack of proper and positive guidance on this part of the school is one of the most important reasons for such a problem. (4) In view of the present situation and the existing problems of the special teaching ability of the sports specialty in our hospital, the special teaching ability of the sports education specialty is given. It is suggested that we should improve the teaching ability of the students, provide the opportunity of social practice and the assessment system of the teaching ability of the whole special students.
