里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)我國(guó)公共外交路徑研究

【摘要】:國(guó)際交往中,公共外交因符合我國(guó)當(dāng)前國(guó)際形勢(shì)需要而受到廣泛關(guān)注。體育是全球“通用語(yǔ)言”,外交效益日益提升,將公共外交理論運(yùn)用于體育領(lǐng)域恰逢其時(shí)。本文以里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)為研究基點(diǎn),通過(guò)采用文獻(xiàn)資料法和案例分析法,旨在探討如何通過(guò)體育公共外交讓國(guó)際社會(huì)更好的認(rèn)識(shí)和接納中國(guó),提升中國(guó)的國(guó)家形象和國(guó)際地位。本文對(duì)我國(guó)體育公共外交的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了回顧。然后以里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)為實(shí)證案例,具體分析我國(guó)的體育公共外交路徑,對(duì)我國(guó)體育公共外交的理論進(jìn)行了思考,歸納出我國(guó)體育公共外交的路徑特點(diǎn)。最后解剖其所存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)公共外交現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,提出具體、可行的對(duì)策。本文得出的結(jié)論有:1.里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)上,我國(guó)體育公共外交主要有六條路徑發(fā)揮作用:(1)運(yùn)動(dòng)員成為我國(guó)體育共外交最大“王牌”(2)我國(guó)國(guó)際裁判助力提升話語(yǔ)權(quán)(3)“中國(guó)制造”閃耀里約奧運(yùn)(4)新時(shí)代我國(guó)媒體積極傳播“中國(guó)好聲音”(5)中國(guó)民眾成為我國(guó)公共外交的重要力量(6)政府是的公共外交的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。2.里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)上,我國(guó)體育公共外交存在的不足主要表現(xiàn)在:(1)我國(guó)際體育巨星的缺失讓公共外交失色不少(2)我國(guó)陷入體育話語(yǔ)權(quán)缺失地困境(3)硬實(shí)力制造缺乏“大國(guó)工匠”,軟實(shí)力制造缺乏厚度(4)我國(guó)媒體面臨“國(guó)內(nèi)強(qiáng)”和“國(guó)外弱”的矛盾(5)部分國(guó)人熱情有余,理性相對(duì)不足(6)政府需加強(qiáng)體育公共外交理論的建設(shè)和完善工作機(jī)制。3.我國(guó)體育公共外交路徑特點(diǎn)是:(1)目標(biāo)是得天下民心(2)方法是“以和為貴”(3)方式是從單一路徑到多元路徑融合(4)流程上是從認(rèn)知、理解到接受、融合(5)目的是維護(hù)國(guó)家利益、促進(jìn)世界和平。4.里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)體育公共外交路徑的啟示:(1)我國(guó)需要培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀“體育大使”(2)提升體育國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)亟需“朝中有人”(3)企業(yè)需要擔(dān)當(dāng)起公共外交之重任(4)增強(qiáng)媒體在國(guó)際上存在感是必行之路(5)中國(guó)公共外交需要有世界公民心態(tài)和中國(guó)智慧(6)政府需加強(qiáng)體育公共外交理論的建設(shè);
[Abstract]:In international communication, public diplomacy is widely concerned because it meets the needs of China's current international situation. Sports is the universal language in the world, and diplomatic benefits are improving day by day. It is timely to apply the theory of public diplomacy to the field of sports. Based on the study of the Rio Olympic Games, this paper aims to explore how to make the international community better understand and accept China through public diplomacy of sports, and promote China's national image and international status by using the method of literature and case analysis. This article has carried on the review to our country sports public diplomacy related research. Then taking the Rio Olympic Games as an empirical case, this paper concretely analyzes the path of China's sports public diplomacy, thinks about the theory of our country's sports public diplomacy, and sums up the characteristics of our country's sports public diplomacy. Finally, it analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward concrete and feasible countermeasures against the existing problems of public diplomacy in Rio Olympic Games. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. At the Rio Olympics, China's sports public diplomacy has six main ways to play its role: (1) athletes become the biggest "trump card" of Chinese sports Communist diplomacy (2) China's international referees help promote the right of speech (3) "made in China" sparkles in Rio Olympic Games (4) New era Chinese media actively spread "The Voice of China" (5) the Chinese people become an important force in China's public diplomacy (6) the government is the leader of public diplomacy. 2. At the Rio Olympics, The shortcomings of our country's sports public diplomacy are as follows: (1) our lack of international sports superstars makes public diplomacy discolored. (2) our country is caught in the dilemma of lack of sports discourse rights. (3) hard power manufacturing lacks "great country craftsman". Lack of thickness of soft Power (4) the Chinese media are faced with the contradiction between "domestic strength" and "foreign weakness" (5) some Chinese people are more than enthusiastic. The relative lack of rationality (6) the government should strengthen the construction of sports public diplomacy theory and improve the working mechanism. 3. The characteristics of China's sports public diplomacy path are as follows: (1) the goal is to win the hearts and minds of the people in the world (2) the method is "peace is the most important" (3) the way is from single path to multi-path fusion (4) the process is from cognition, understanding to acceptance. Integration (5) aims at safeguarding national interests and promoting world peace. 4. The inspiration of Rio Olympic Games to China's sports public diplomacy path: (1) China needs to cultivate excellent "sports ambassadors" (2) the promotion of sports international discourse is in urgent need of "Chinese and Chinese people" (3) enterprises need to take on the role of "outside the public" (4) it is necessary to strengthen the sense of international existence of the media. (5) China's public diplomacy needs to have the mentality of world citizens and the wisdom of China (6) the government needs to strengthen the construction of the theory of sports public diplomacy;
