不同運(yùn)動方式對2型老年男性糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等指標(biāo)的影響研究

【摘要】:目的:通過對2型老年男性糖尿病患者進(jìn)行長時間不同方式的運(yùn)動干預(yù),比較不同運(yùn)動方式對2型老年男性糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等指標(biāo)的影響,以期為2型老年男性糖尿病患者運(yùn)動處方的制定提供參考;方法:根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)要求共招募54名受試者,平均分成三組,分別為對照組、有氧運(yùn)動組、抗阻訓(xùn)練組;對照組不進(jìn)行任何形式的運(yùn)動,有氧運(yùn)動組和抗阻訓(xùn)練組按照各自制定的運(yùn)動方案運(yùn)動18周;三組在飲食安排等方面保持基本一致;分別在運(yùn)動開始前一天及結(jié)束后的第一天對三組受試者進(jìn)行血糖、糖化血紅蛋白及血脂四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)檢測,檢測狀態(tài)為晨起空腹;結(jié)果:有氧運(yùn)動組血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比具有顯著性差異(P0.05);抗阻練習(xí)組血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比具有顯著性差異(P0.05),對照組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后各指標(biāo)均無顯著性差異(P0.05);結(jié)論與建議:18周的有氧運(yùn)動和抗阻訓(xùn)練均能有效的改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平,對改善患者的生命質(zhì)量有著重要的作用;相比單純的有氧運(yùn)動,抗阻練習(xí)的治療效果具有一定的優(yōu)勢,因此建議在確保安全的前提下糖尿病患者運(yùn)動計劃的制定應(yīng)適當(dāng)?shù)厝谌胍徊糠挚棺栌?xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effects of different exercise modes on blood glucose, blood lipid and other indexes in elderly male diabetic patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus for a long time. In order to provide reference for the formulation of exercise prescription for type 2 elderly male diabetic patients. Methods: a total of 54 subjects were recruited according to the requirements of the experiment. They were divided into three groups: control group, aerobic exercise group and resistance training group. The control group did not exercise in any form, the aerobic exercise group and the resistance training group exercised for 18 weeks according to their respective exercise plans, and the three groups maintained the same diet arrangement. The blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids were measured one day before and one day after exercise. Results: the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in aerobic exercise group were significantly different from those before the experiment (P0.05). There were significant differences in blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein between the two groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment (P0.05). Conclusion and suggestions: 18 weeks aerobic exercise and resistance training can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, and play an important role in improving the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Compared with aerobic exercise alone, the therapeutic effect of resistance exercise has certain advantages. Therefore, it is suggested that the formulation of exercise plan for diabetic patients should be properly integrated with resistance training under the premise of ensuring safety.
