【摘要】：在高速發(fā)展、生活水平不斷提高的社會(huì)浪潮下,人們的消費(fèi)觀念已經(jīng)不僅僅只是滿足于吃、穿、用的需求�？茖W(xué)家聲稱(chēng):中國(guó)人是處于亞健康狀態(tài)最多的國(guó)家。人們逐漸時(shí)間開(kāi)始關(guān)注自己和長(zhǎng)輩的健康問(wèn)題,從以前的身體出現(xiàn)狀況,阻止它繼續(xù)蔓延,而采取吃藥、做手術(shù)等這些外在方法,到現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始參加體育鍛煉、強(qiáng)身健體,達(dá)到提前避免和預(yù)防健康出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題采取的內(nèi)在措施。隨著國(guó)家越來(lái)越頻繁地通過(guò)方針、政策、規(guī)定讓社會(huì)群體、學(xué)校學(xué)生積極重視健康問(wèn)題,及媒介明星效應(yīng)宣傳下的親子游泳(即家長(zhǎng)和子女一塊參加游泳項(xiàng)目鍛煉活動(dòng))讓家庭更加關(guān)注嬰幼兒健康,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今的潮流。面對(duì)這種現(xiàn)象,親子游泳俱樂(lè)部也在不斷創(chuàng)新。調(diào)查研究表明,隨著嬰幼兒游泳行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,經(jīng)營(yíng)管理者為追求質(zhì)量、突出專(zhuān)業(yè),已在嬰幼兒游泳行業(yè)作出更明確的細(xì)分,“親子游泳”做為行業(yè)高端、新興項(xiàng)目,越來(lái)越受到家長(zhǎng)們的追捧,更有知名醫(yī)生推薦親子游泳這種安全自由的嬰幼兒游泳方式。因此,對(duì)于親子游泳俱樂(lè)部的需求也不斷上升。西安市在省內(nèi)作為親子游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展階段,作為研究對(duì)象具有代表性。本研究綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、實(shí)地考察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比法、邏輯分析法(PEST分析法和SWOT分析法)等研究方法,從西安市親子游泳俱樂(lè)部經(jīng)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)狀入手,對(duì)影響西安市親子游泳俱樂(lè)部經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析,旨在解決親子游泳俱樂(lè)部經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。親子游泳俱樂(lè)部的運(yùn)行需要經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的關(guān)鍵在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理人員。本文對(duì)西安市親子游泳俱樂(lè)部經(jīng)營(yíng)管理問(wèn)題的研究,開(kāi)展了相關(guān)理論探索和實(shí)證研究等工作,自行研制其測(cè)評(píng)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并運(yùn)用該調(diào)查問(wèn)卷對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,主要從六方面進(jìn)行分析親子游泳俱樂(lè)部的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理情況:1.運(yùn)用PEST分析方法對(duì)西安市親子游泳俱樂(lè)部的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析(政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境);2.親子游泳俱樂(lè)部的基本情況(興起、經(jīng)營(yíng)理念、經(jīng)營(yíng)方式、地理位置、開(kāi)放情況、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、資金運(yùn)作);3.經(jīng)營(yíng)管理人員的基本情況、個(gè)人工作情況、上下級(jí)職位認(rèn)同度、人員培訓(xùn)、及教練的資質(zhì);4.消費(fèi)者消費(fèi)動(dòng)機(jī)及內(nèi)外因素;5.運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,對(duì)各個(gè)親子游泳俱樂(lè)部的內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行分析;6.通過(guò)這些方面的調(diào)查,指出俱樂(lè)部所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)。為俱樂(lè)部應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,獲取更大利潤(rùn),實(shí)現(xiàn)俱樂(lè)部的目標(biāo);為俱樂(lè)部更好的管理和提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供合理化建議,推進(jìn)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的全民普及化。以此為西安市親子游泳俱樂(lè)部的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理提供理論參考和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and rising living standards, people's consumption concept is not only satisfied with the need of food, clothing and use. The Chinese are the country with the most sub-health status, scientists claim. People are gradually beginning to pay attention to their own and their elders' health problems, from the past physical condition to prevent it from continuing to spread, and to take medicine, surgery and other external methods, to now begin to participate in physical exercise, physical fitness, Achieve early prevention and prevention of health problems take internal measures. As the country adopts policies and policies more and more frequently, it makes social groups and school students pay more and more attention to health issues. It has become the current trend for parents and children to take part in swimming exercise together to make families pay more attention to infant health. In the face of this phenomenon, parents and children swimming clubs are constantly innovating. The investigation shows that with the rapid development of infant swimming industry, management managers have made a more specific subdivision in the infant swimming industry in order to pursue quality and highlight their specialties. "Parent-Child Swimming" is regarded as a high-end and emerging item in the industry. Parents are becoming more and more popular, more well-known doctors recommended parent-child swimming, a safe and free infant swimming. As a result, the demand for parent-child swimming clubs is on the rise. Xi'an as a parent-child swimming development stage in the province, as a representative object of study. In this study, the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics, contrast, logic analysis (PEST analysis and SWOT analysis) were used. Starting from the current situation of the management of parent-child swimming clubs in Xi'an, this paper analyzes the related factors affecting the management of parent-child swimming clubs in Xi'an, in order to solve the related problems in the management and management of parent-child swimming clubs. The operation of parent-child swimming club needs management, and the key of management is management personnel. In this paper, the author studies the management of parent-child swimming clubs in Xi'an city, and makes theoretical and empirical research on the management of parent and child swimming clubs in Xi'an. Mainly from six aspects of the analysis of parent-child swimming club management: 1. PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environment (political environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment, technical environment) of parents and children swimming clubs in Xi'an. Parents and children swimming club basic situation (rise, business philosophy, management mode, geographical location, opening situation, fees, capital operation); 3. Management of the basic situation, personal work situation, higher and lower level of position identity, personnel training, and coaching qualifications; 4. Consumer consumption motivation and internal and external factors; Using SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal conditions of each parent and child swimming club; 6. Through the investigation of these aspects, the paper points out the opportunities and threats faced by the club, its own strengths and weaknesses. In order to deal with the complex and changeable market environment, the club can gain more profits and achieve the club's goal, and provide rational suggestions for better management and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, and promote the popularization of swimming. In order to provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for the management of parents and children swimming club in Xi'an.
