【摘要】：在高速發(fā)展、生活水平不斷提高的社會浪潮下,人們的消費觀念已經不僅僅只是滿足于吃、穿、用的需求。科學家聲稱:中國人是處于亞健康狀態(tài)最多的國家。人們逐漸時間開始關注自己和長輩的健康問題,從以前的身體出現狀況,阻止它繼續(xù)蔓延,而采取吃藥、做手術等這些外在方法,到現在開始參加體育鍛煉、強身健體,達到提前避免和預防健康出現問題采取的內在措施。隨著國家越來越頻繁地通過方針、政策、規(guī)定讓社會群體、學校學生積極重視健康問題,及媒介明星效應宣傳下的親子游泳(即家長和子女一塊參加游泳項目鍛煉活動)讓家庭更加關注嬰幼兒健康,已經成為當今的潮流。面對這種現象,親子游泳俱樂部也在不斷創(chuàng)新。調查研究表明,隨著嬰幼兒游泳行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,經營管理者為追求質量、突出專業(yè),已在嬰幼兒游泳行業(yè)作出更明確的細分,“親子游泳”做為行業(yè)高端、新興項目,越來越受到家長們的追捧,更有知名醫(yī)生推薦親子游泳這種安全自由的嬰幼兒游泳方式。因此,對于親子游泳俱樂部的需求也不斷上升。西安市在省內作為親子游泳運動發(fā)展階段,作為研究對象具有代表性。本研究綜合運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、訪談法、實地考察法、數理統計法、對比法、邏輯分析法(PEST分析法和SWOT分析法)等研究方法,從西安市親子游泳俱樂部經營的現狀入手,對影響西安市親子游泳俱樂部經營管理的相關因素進行分析,旨在解決親子游泳俱樂部經營管理的相關問題。親子游泳俱樂部的運行需要經營管理,經營管理的關鍵在經營管理人員。本文對西安市親子游泳俱樂部經營管理問題的研究,開展了相關理論探索和實證研究等工作,自行研制其測評調查問卷,并運用該調查問卷對其進行調查研究,主要從六方面進行分析親子游泳俱樂部的經營管理情況:1.運用PEST分析方法對西安市親子游泳俱樂部的外部環(huán)境進行分析(政治環(huán)境、經濟環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境、技術環(huán)境);2.親子游泳俱樂部的基本情況(興起、經營理念、經營方式、地理位置、開放情況、收費標準、資金運作);3.經營管理人員的基本情況、個人工作情況、上下級職位認同度、人員培訓、及教練的資質;4.消費者消費動機及內外因素;5.運用SWOT分析方法,對各個親子游泳俱樂部的內部條件進行分析;6.通過這些方面的調查,指出俱樂部所面臨的機會和威脅,自身的優(yōu)勢與劣勢。為俱樂部應對復雜多變的市場環(huán)境,獲取更大利潤,實現俱樂部的目標;為俱樂部更好的管理和提升企業(yè)競爭力提供合理化建議,推進游泳運動的全民普及化。以此為西安市親子游泳俱樂部的經營管理提供理論參考和實踐依據。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and rising living standards, people's consumption concept is not only satisfied with the need of food, clothing and use. The Chinese are the country with the most sub-health status, scientists claim. People are gradually beginning to pay attention to their own and their elders' health problems, from the past physical condition to prevent it from continuing to spread, and to take medicine, surgery and other external methods, to now begin to participate in physical exercise, physical fitness, Achieve early prevention and prevention of health problems take internal measures. As the country adopts policies and policies more and more frequently, it makes social groups and school students pay more and more attention to health issues. It has become the current trend for parents and children to take part in swimming exercise together to make families pay more attention to infant health. In the face of this phenomenon, parents and children swimming clubs are constantly innovating. The investigation shows that with the rapid development of infant swimming industry, management managers have made a more specific subdivision in the infant swimming industry in order to pursue quality and highlight their specialties. "Parent-Child Swimming" is regarded as a high-end and emerging item in the industry. Parents are becoming more and more popular, more well-known doctors recommended parent-child swimming, a safe and free infant swimming. As a result, the demand for parent-child swimming clubs is on the rise. Xi'an as a parent-child swimming development stage in the province, as a representative object of study. In this study, the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics, contrast, logic analysis (PEST analysis and SWOT analysis) were used. Starting from the current situation of the management of parent-child swimming clubs in Xi'an, this paper analyzes the related factors affecting the management of parent-child swimming clubs in Xi'an, in order to solve the related problems in the management and management of parent-child swimming clubs. The operation of parent-child swimming club needs management, and the key of management is management personnel. In this paper, the author studies the management of parent-child swimming clubs in Xi'an city, and makes theoretical and empirical research on the management of parent and child swimming clubs in Xi'an. Mainly from six aspects of the analysis of parent-child swimming club management: 1. PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environment (political environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment, technical environment) of parents and children swimming clubs in Xi'an. Parents and children swimming club basic situation (rise, business philosophy, management mode, geographical location, opening situation, fees, capital operation); 3. Management of the basic situation, personal work situation, higher and lower level of position identity, personnel training, and coaching qualifications; 4. Consumer consumption motivation and internal and external factors; Using SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal conditions of each parent and child swimming club; 6. Through the investigation of these aspects, the paper points out the opportunities and threats faced by the club, its own strengths and weaknesses. In order to deal with the complex and changeable market environment, the club can gain more profits and achieve the club's goal, and provide rational suggestions for better management and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, and promote the popularization of swimming. In order to provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for the management of parents and children swimming club in Xi'an.
