競技太極拳跳躍類難度動(dòng)作訓(xùn)練方法研究
[Abstract]:The difficulty movement of competitive Taijiquan jumping is the difficulty and key point in the competition. The good or not of the training method directly affects the athlete's competition result. I have made an observation and research on the difficulty movement of the mistake in the competition in recent years. It is found that the main reason for most athletes' mistakes is the lack of clear understanding of the technical details of difficult movements, while the Taijiquan players of Beijing University of physical Education have reached a higher level of competition through systematic and meticulous training methods in a short period of time. In the national competition to maintain a relatively high success rate, this paper mainly through the literature method, interviews, questionnaire survey, video analysis, observation and other research methods, the competitive Taijiquan jumping difficulty movements have been classified. And summarized the training methods of the difficulty movement of the competitive Taijiquan team of Beijing University of physical Education, and put forward the corresponding training methods and requirements for different technical stages and technical links. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. The training methods often used by professional teams with high level of competitive Taijiquan training in all provinces of the country are: decomposition training, complete training, repeated training, competition training. 2. The difficulty of jumping can be divided into straight swing difficulty according to the characteristics of leg method. According to the characteristics of the difficulty training method of the competitive Taijiquan team of Beijing University of physical Education, the author adopts appropriate training methods for different types of difficulty movements. Compared with the current training methods, the following supplements can be put forward: basic cycle training, information feedback training and combined action training. 4. Coaches should pay more attention to the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical training when adopting training methods. During the training, the athletes should be asked more questions on technical details, and the ability of self-correcting for difficult movements should be strengthened. 5. Some athletes are not clear about the technical aspects of the difficult movements. In training and competition, we can't deal with the movement rhythm of jumping difficulty movements in routine, we should strengthen the combination of difficulty movements and routines, improve the ability of independent training of athletes, and improve the subjective initiative of athletes. It is necessary for the training of the psoas abdominals to combine the strength assistant training with the difficult movements, and the emphasis is to train the lower extremity muscles explosive force and endurance. The strength quality determines the effect and quality of the technical movements in the difficult movements.
