【摘要】：自1995年我國籃球項(xiàng)目實(shí)行職業(yè)化以來,經(jīng)歷二十二個(gè)賽季,絕大多數(shù)俱樂部均經(jīng)歷過投資主體的變更。國外職業(yè)籃球的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們:籃球俱樂部投資主體保持穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營有利于俱樂部良性運(yùn)行,反之不利于俱樂部和聯(lián)賽的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源檢索等方法系統(tǒng)追溯了我國職業(yè)籃球俱樂部投資主體變遷的歷史,揭示了我國職業(yè)籃球俱樂部投資主體的穩(wěn)定程度。探析我國職業(yè)籃球賽事的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的不足之處,以期能為我國職業(yè)籃球的健康發(fā)展提供幫助。本文分為八個(gè)部分。第一部分是前言。第二部分相關(guān)概念界定;第三部分沿著我國職業(yè)籃球改革的歷史脈絡(luò)總結(jié)出三種類型的投資主體。即政府型投資主體、企業(yè)型投資主體以及混合型投資主體;第四部分分析了我國職業(yè)籃球俱樂部投資主體的典型特征;第五部分揭示了參加CBA的1995——2017賽季的20家俱樂部投資主體和已經(jīng)退出的職業(yè)籃球俱樂部投資主體變更的歷史,分析投資主體的穩(wěn)定狀況;第六部分對(duì)俱樂部投資主體變更的原因進(jìn)行剖析;第七部分闡述了俱樂部投資主體的頻繁易手對(duì)俱樂部所帶來的不利后果;第八部分為本文結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Since the professionalization of basketball events in China in 1995, most clubs have experienced the change of investment subject after 22 seasons. The successful experience of foreign professional basketball tells us: it is good for the club to keep its investment body steady operation, otherwise it is not good for the stable development of the club and league. This paper systematically traces the history of the changes of investment subjects of professional basketball clubs and reveals the degree of stability of investment subjects of professional basketball clubs in China by using the methods of literature and network resources retrieval. This paper probes into the present situation and shortcomings of professional basketball matches in China in order to provide help for the healthy development of professional basketball in China. This paper is divided into eight parts. The first part is the preface. The third part sums up three types of investment subject according to the history of professional basketball reform in China. The fourth part analyzes the typical characteristics of the investment subject of professional basketball club in our country, which is the government type investment main body, the enterprise type investment main body and the mixed type investment main body, the fourth part has analyzed the typical characteristic of our country professional basketball club investment subject; The fifth part reveals the history of the changes of investment subjects of 20 clubs and professional basketball clubs that have withdrawn from the CBA season 1995-2017, and analyzes the stable situation of the investment subjects. The sixth part analyzes the reasons for the change of the main body of club investment; the seventh part expounds the adverse consequences brought by the frequent changes of the subject of club investment to the club; the eighth part is the conclusion of this paper.
