沈陽市競技游泳后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對策研究
[Abstract]:The core competitive power of competitive sports is the competition of competitive sports reserve talents. To ensure the sustainable development of competitive sports, there should be sufficient reserve talent resources as the follow-up supply, and the cultivation of reserve talents is the important basis for the development of every sports item. Shenyang Water Sports School, as the only unit for training reserve talents of competitive swimming in Shenyang, has trained more than 100 world champions and national champions. But after the Beijing Olympic Games, the level of competitive swimming in Shenyang declined gradually, and the competitiveness of Liaoning Province and even the whole country declined gradually, because of the problems in the training of reserve talents of competitive swimming. With the development of our society, the "three-level training mode" of the old sports school is no longer suitable for the development of today's society. However, the managers and coaches of Shenyang Water Sports School have not adjusted their thinking and training mode according to the development of our society and the scientific progress of training methods and methods, which has resulted in the continuous decline in the level of competitive swimming in Shenyang. There are still some problems to be solved in the sustainable development of the school, the development of the coaches themselves and the development of the reserve talents. This study through the Shenyang competitive swimming reserve talent management status quo, reserve talent status quo, coaches status quo and other aspects of the actual investigation and analysis of existing resources, aiming at the existing problems to put forward feasible countermeasures, The aim is to provide some theoretical references for the development of Shenyang competitive Swimming and Shenyang Water Sports School. This article mainly uses the literature method, the interview method, the mathematical statistics method, the questionnaire survey method, the field investigation method, takes the Shenyang water sports school coaches and the athlete as the research object to coach, the athlete, Parents of athletes and leaders of the school conducted investigation and interviews. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the training mode of reserve talents for competitive swimming in Shenyang is too backward; (2) the structure of coaches is not perfect, the level of business is low, the training means and methods are not scientific enough; (3) poor treatment of coaches, backward incentive mechanism, outmoded ideology, (4) unreasonable transportation channel and single way of material selection. In view of the problems existing in the development of Shenyang Water Sports School, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) pay attention to the sustainable development of reserve talents and strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality; (2) it is suggested to improve the treatment of coaches' funds, perfect the reward mechanism of coaches, and improve the enthusiasm of coaches' work; (3) it is suggested that coaches should learn scientific and effective training methods and change their traditional concepts. (4) taking the mode of "combination of physical education and education" as an opportunity, adjust the train of thought of running a school and open up a new situation.
