【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算等信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)作為數(shù)據(jù)分析的一項重要技術(shù),在眾多領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)取得了顯著成果。新中國成立至今我國體育事業(yè)已經(jīng)取得了舉世矚目的成績,是名副其實的體育大國,但是還不是體育強國。在體育數(shù)據(jù)分析與應(yīng)用方面,與發(fā)達國家相比還存在較大差距。如何運用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)分析體育數(shù)據(jù)助推中國體育的全面發(fā)展成為當代體育人的重要課題。在介紹數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則、分類規(guī)則和C5.0、GRI算法的基礎(chǔ)上,本文首先介紹了研究的對象CBA聯(lián)賽(China Basketball Association中國男子籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽)、A俱樂部以及運動員的情況,通過介紹傳統(tǒng)的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析方法,分析了運用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)分析技戰(zhàn)術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)管理運動員運動能力的必要性。然后運用C5.0和GRI算法構(gòu)建挖掘模型,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)挖掘軟件、OFFICE軟件,分析了A俱樂部的綜合能力:A俱樂部攻強守弱;主客場的防守數(shù)據(jù)起伏較大;兩分投籃、命中、罰球是三項完美的進攻能力組合;搶斷和籃板球是俱樂部較好的防守能力組合。分析了A俱樂部核心運動員YL的綜合能力:YL進攻手段比較單一,防守貢獻率較低;攻防穩(wěn)定性一般,尤其是防守數(shù)據(jù)主客場時起伏較大。最后分析了挖掘模型的實用性,總結(jié)了挖掘模型結(jié)果對俱樂部管理運動員運動能力的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology such as Internet, big data and cloud computing, data mining technology, as an important technology of data analysis, has made remarkable achievements in many fields. Since the founding of New China, the sports cause of our country has made remarkable achievements, it is a country worthy of the name of sports, but not a sports power. In sports data analysis and application, compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap. How to use data mining technology to analyze sports data to promote the overall development of Chinese sports has become an important issue for contemporary sports people. Based on the introduction of data mining theory, association rules, classification rules and C5.0 GRI algorithm, this paper first introduces the research object of the CBA league (China Basketball Association China Men's Basketball Professional League), A Club and athletes. By introducing the traditional statistical analysis method of technical and tactical data, this paper analyzes the necessity of using data mining technology to analyze the sports ability of athletes. Then using C5.0 and GRI algorithm to build mining model, combined with data mining software and OFFICE software, the comprehensive ability of A club is analyzed: a club attack strong and weak, home and away defense data fluctuate greatly; Two-point shots, hits, free throws are three perfect combinations of offensive ability; steals and rebounds are the club's better defensive combination. This paper analyzes the comprehensive ability of the core players of the A Club YL: the YL attack method is single, the defense contribution rate is low, the attack and defense stability is general, especially the defensive data fluctuates greatly at home and away. Finally, the practicability of the mining model is analyzed, and the guiding significance of the mining model to the sports ability of the club management athletes is summarized.
