【摘要】：文章采用文獻資料法、問卷調查法從潮汕文化視角研究潮汕民眾的體育價值取向與民眾參與休閑體育的現(xiàn)狀和特點,為開展休閑體育及非遺民俗體育活動的傳承提供參考。結果表明:潮汕民眾體育價值取向傾向于個人品質和素質的塑造,注重族群間的交流和溝通;傾向于穩(wěn)定、知足常樂,調節(jié)生活娛樂身心的價值功能;潮汕民眾年齡越大,參與體育鍛煉的頻率有減少的態(tài)勢;青少年人群在小長假進行體育休閑比例很小;隨著年齡越大,潮汕民眾越傾向于參加家族性團體的休閑活動。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the value orientation of sports and the present situation and characteristics of people's participation in leisure sports from the perspective of Chaoshan culture by using the method of literature and questionnaire, which provides a reference for the development of leisure sports and the inheritance of folk sports activities. The results show that the value orientation of popular sports in Chaoshan tends to shape individual quality and quality, pay attention to communication and communication among ethnic groups, tend to be stable, contented, and regulate the value function of life and entertainment. The older the people in Chaoshan, the less the frequency of participating in physical exercise; the smaller the proportion of young people in the small long vacation sports leisure; with the age, Chaoshan people are more inclined to participate in family groups of leisure activities.
