溫哥華冬奧會(huì)遺產(chǎn)工作研究及啟示

【摘要】：2010年溫哥華冬奧會(huì)以其卓有成效的奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)管理工作,成為推動(dòng)奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的典范。主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、實(shí)地考察法等研究方法,對(duì)溫哥華冬奧會(huì)遺產(chǎn)工作的指導(dǎo)思想、組織體系和活動(dòng)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析與探討。研究結(jié)果表明:溫哥華冬奧會(huì)在奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)歷史上第一次提出了"創(chuàng)造"遺產(chǎn)的構(gòu)想,并首次建立了專(zhuān)門(mén)的遺產(chǎn)管理機(jī)構(gòu),從而保證了奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)工作有目的、有組織、有計(jì)劃地運(yùn)行。溫哥華冬奧會(huì)還制定了分階段進(jìn)行不同側(cè)重點(diǎn)遺產(chǎn)管理和運(yùn)行的工作方案,確保了奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)持續(xù)發(fā)揮作用,為奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)和加拿大社會(huì)發(fā)展留下了寶貴財(cái)富,也為北京2022年冬奧會(huì)遺產(chǎn)管理和利用工作留下了可供借鑒的模式。
[Abstract]:With its effective management of the Olympic heritage, the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics has become a model to promote the sustainable development of the Olympic Movement. By using the methods of literature, interview and field investigation, this paper analyzes and discusses the guiding ideology, organization system and activity content of the heritage work of Vancouver Winter Olympic Games. The results show that for the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, the Vancouver Olympic Games put forward the idea of "creating" heritage, and for the first time set up a special estate management agency, thus ensuring that the Olympic heritage work is purposeful and organized. Run in a planned manner. The Vancouver Winter Olympic Games also developed a work programme for the phased management and operation of different key heritage sites, ensuring the continued role of the Olympic heritage and leaving a valuable legacy for the Olympic Movement and the development of Canadian society. Also for Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games legacy management and use of the work left for reference.
