北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課教學(xué)效果影響因素的研究

【摘要】:本研究結(jié)合籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)和籃球普修課的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等,通過對(duì)北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課的學(xué)生及授課教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,探究北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課教學(xué)效果影響因素及各因素的特征,從教學(xué)實(shí)際出發(fā),提出具有針對(duì)性的建議,為北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課的教學(xué)與改革提供實(shí)踐和理論依據(jù)。本研究得出的結(jié)論如下:1學(xué)生主體因子主要由學(xué)生自身的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)水平;學(xué)生對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的喜愛程度;學(xué)生選擇籃球普修課的目的與主體參與性;學(xué)生選修籃球課之前是否接受過專業(yè)的籃球訓(xùn)練四個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課的部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)不端正,主體參與性較差,學(xué)生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)水平參差不齊。2教師主導(dǎo)因子主要由教師的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平及動(dòng)作示范能力;籃球普修課授課教師的語言表達(dá)能力;教師的個(gè)人魅力(包括教師的氣質(zhì)、形象、性格等);教師的教學(xué)能力四個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。北京體育大學(xué)籃球教師的整體專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和技術(shù)水平較高,教學(xué)能力強(qiáng)。3環(huán)境氛圍因子主要由籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)課外活動(dòng)氛圍;籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)場地;籃球授課教師的現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)手段應(yīng)用能力三個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。北京體育大學(xué)學(xué)生參與籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的積極性高,運(yùn)動(dòng)氛圍較好,教師能夠熟練掌握現(xiàn)代化多媒體技術(shù)。4教學(xué)組織因子主要由籃球普修課教學(xué)組織形式;籃球普修課教學(xué)方法和手段;籃球普修課教學(xué)的區(qū)別對(duì)待性;籃球普修課考核評(píng)價(jià)方式四個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課以班級(jí)授課制作為最基本的教學(xué)組織形式,教學(xué)效率高,新的教學(xué)方法沒有得到恰當(dāng)?shù)耐茝V和運(yùn)用。5課程管理因子主要由籃球普修課開設(shè)的課時(shí)量;籃球普修課的課程目標(biāo);籃球普修課教學(xué)進(jìn)度安排;籃球課教學(xué)內(nèi)容的可接受性四個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排較適宜,但課程目標(biāo)的設(shè)置過多考慮了學(xué)習(xí)的全面性,有待進(jìn)一步調(diào)整。6學(xué)教態(tài)度因子主要由籃球任課教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度及敬業(yè)精神;學(xué)生在課上的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度;師生之間的良好的溝通與交流三個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。北京體育大學(xué)籃球普修課的教師教學(xué)態(tài)度嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),工作作風(fēng)踏實(shí)。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正,上課認(rèn)真積極。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of basketball and the present teaching situation of basketball course, this study applies the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on. By means of a questionnaire survey on the students and teaching teachers of the general basketball course in Beijing University of physical Education, this paper probes into the factors affecting the teaching effect and the characteristics of each factor of the general basketball course in Beijing University of physical Education, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the basis of the teaching practice. To provide practical and theoretical basis for the teaching and reform of basketball general course in Beijing University of physical Education. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the main factors of students are the students' sports level, the students' love of basketball, and the students' love of basketball. The purpose and the main body participation of the students to choose the general basketball course and whether the students have received professional basketball training before taking the basketball course constitute four factors. Part of the students in the general basketball course of Beijing University of physical Education have incorrect learning motivation, poor participation in the main body, and uneven students' sports level. 2 the teachers' leading factors are mainly the teachers' skill and tactics level and the ability to demonstrate their movements; The teachers' language expression ability, teachers' personal charm (including teachers' temperament, image, character, etc.) and the teachers' teaching ability constitute four factors. The basketball teachers of Beijing University of physical Education have high professional accomplishment and technical level and strong teaching ability. 3 the environmental atmosphere factor is mainly caused by the extracurricular activity atmosphere of basketball sport, the basketball sports field, and the teaching ability. The application ability of modern teaching means of basketball teaching teachers is composed of three factors. The students of Beijing University of physical Education are highly motivated to participate in basketball, and the sports atmosphere is good, the teachers can master the modern multimedia technology skillfully. 4 the organizational factors of teaching are mainly in the form of teaching organization of basketball general courses. The teaching method and means of basketball general course; There are four factors that make up the different treatment of basketball general course teaching and the evaluation method of basketball general course. The general basketball course of Beijing physical Education University takes the class teaching as the most basic teaching organization form, the teaching efficiency is high, the new teaching method has not been properly popularized and applied. The course goal of basketball general course; The teaching schedule of general basketball course and the acceptability of the teaching content of basketball course are composed of four factors. The arrangement of the teaching content of the general basketball course in Beijing physical Education University is more suitable, but the setting of the course goal takes too much into account of the comprehensiveness of study, which needs to be further adjusted. 6 the factors of the attitude of learning and teaching are mainly attributed to the teaching attitude and professionalism of the basketball teachers; Students' learning attitude in class and good communication and communication between teachers and students constitute three factors. Beijing physical Education University basketball general course of the teaching attitude of the teachers rigorous, practical work style. Students have a correct attitude towards learning and are active in class.
