【摘要】：高校教職工是我國科研及教育工作的中流砥柱,其健康狀況不僅關(guān)系到我國科學(xué)事業(yè)的興衰,更關(guān)系到我國教育事業(yè)的長足發(fā)展。高校教職工擔(dān)負(fù)著教學(xué)及科研任務(wù)的雙重壓力,工作任務(wù)的加重,閑暇時(shí)間的緊湊,缺乏必要的體育鍛煉時(shí)間,致使高校教職工的身心健康每況愈下。高校工會(huì)作為維護(hù)教職工權(quán)益的主要機(jī)構(gòu),通過組織開展豐富多彩的體育活動(dòng),促進(jìn)高校教職工積極的參加體育運(yùn)動(dòng),緩解其工作壓力,增強(qiáng)其健康生活水平,從而助力于我國科教事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對武漢市12所普通本科高校工會(huì)組織開展體育活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,得出以下結(jié)論:武漢市高校工會(huì)組織開展體育活動(dòng)是高度集中的行政管理模式。組織開展體育活動(dòng)的主要形式是學(xué)校運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)及單項(xiàng)協(xié)會(huì),其中單項(xiàng)體育協(xié)會(huì)的數(shù)量存在差異,主要以大眾健身類項(xiàng)目為主,且教職工的參與度不高。高校工會(huì)在體育專業(yè)人員的資源配置上存在不足,主要以體育部門教師兼職為主,工作人員的年齡大多集中在41-50歲,呈現(xiàn)“兩頭少、中間多”的趨勢;對體育工作者的健身指導(dǎo)能力出現(xiàn)“好壞各一”的說法,同時(shí)兼?zhèn)浣M織體育賽事及管理體育工作的人才缺乏。武漢市高校工會(huì)經(jīng)費(fèi)來源以學(xué)校撥放經(jīng)費(fèi)為主,且經(jīng)費(fèi)支出比較集中。高校工會(huì)自主經(jīng)營的體育場館多是以室內(nèi)健身場館為主,組織開展體育活動(dòng)的場館及器材主要依靠向體育部門借用。高校工會(huì)對組織開展體育活動(dòng)的法規(guī)制度不健全,缺乏對二級工會(huì)及體育社團(tuán)的管理規(guī)章制度。開展體育活動(dòng)受季節(jié)、氣候、教學(xué)時(shí)間的影響較大。高校教職工對高校工會(huì)組織開展體育活動(dòng)的滿意度較差。對影響高校工會(huì)組織體育活動(dòng)開展的因素進(jìn)行因子分析,主要有四大因子構(gòu)成,第1因子主要包括:場地器材、經(jīng)費(fèi)發(fā)放、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視;第2因子主要包括:專業(yè)指導(dǎo)人員、員工組織能力、科研創(chuàng)新意識(shí);第3因子主要包括:下屬機(jī)構(gòu)管理、活動(dòng)開展形式、開展時(shí)間、激勵(lì)機(jī)制;第4因子主要包括:參與人數(shù)及項(xiàng)目認(rèn)知度。針對各影響因子及實(shí)際調(diào)查情況提出可行性對策。
[Abstract]:The staff of colleges and universities are the mainstay of scientific research and education in our country. Their health is not only related to the rise and fall of our country's science, but also to the rapid development of our country's education. Teaching staff in colleges and universities bear the double pressure of teaching and research tasks, the aggravation of work tasks, the compactness of leisure time, the lack of necessary physical exercise time, resulting in the deterioration of the physical and mental health of university staff. As the main organization for safeguarding the rights and interests of the teaching staff, the trade unions of colleges and universities, through organizing and carrying out colorful sports activities, promote the active participation of university staff in sports, relieve the pressure on their work, and enhance their healthy living standards. So as to help the rapid development of science and education in China. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, the present situation and influencing factors of trade union organization in 12 colleges and universities of Wuhan are investigated and studied in this paper. The conclusions are as follows: it is a highly centralized administrative mode for trade union organizations in Wuhan to carry out sports activities. The main form of organizing sports activities is the school sports meeting and the single association, among which there are differences in the number of individual sports associations, mainly for the public fitness items, and the participation of teaching staff is not high. The university trade union has the insufficiency in the sports professional personnel resources disposition, mainly takes the sports department teacher part-time, the staff age mostly concentrates in the 41-50 years old, presents the "two ends few, the middle many" tendency; There is a saying of "good or bad" to the fitness guidance ability of sports workers, and at the same time, there is a lack of talents who can organize sports events and manage sports work. Wuhan University Trade Union funds mainly from the school allocation of funds, and the expenditure is relatively concentrated. The self-managed stadiums and gymnasiums are mainly indoor gymnasiums and gymnasiums, and the gymnasiums and equipment for organizing sports activities mainly depend on borrowing from sports departments. The trade unions in colleges and universities have not perfect rules and regulations for organizing and carrying out sports activities, and they lack the rules and regulations for the management of secondary trade unions and sports associations. Sports activities are influenced by seasons, climate and teaching time. The degree of satisfaction of college staff to union-union organization and sports activities is poor. Factor analysis of the factors affecting the sports activities of trade unions in colleges and universities, there are four main factors, the first factor mainly includes: site equipment, funding distribution, leadership attention; The second factor mainly includes: professional guidance personnel, staff organization ability, scientific research innovation consciousness, the third factor mainly includes: subordinate organization management, activity development form, development time, incentive mechanism; The fourth factor mainly includes: the number of participants and the degree of project recognition. According to the influence factors and the actual investigation situation, the feasible countermeasures are put forward.
