固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法在體育院系網(wǎng)球?qū)_x班的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的快速發(fā)展,逐漸成為大學(xué)生們所熱愛的隔網(wǎng)對(duì)抗型體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。但由于網(wǎng)球教學(xué)學(xué)時(shí)有限,如何在有限的學(xué)時(shí)教學(xué)中使學(xué)生盡快掌握基本技術(shù)是目前網(wǎng)球教學(xué)中亟需解決的問題。因此,研究新的教學(xué)方法,促進(jìn)網(wǎng)球教學(xué)改革,對(duì)提高網(wǎng)球教學(xué)質(zhì)量將有重要積極意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法等研究方法,將固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法引入體育院系的網(wǎng)球?qū)_x課中,選定湖南人文科技學(xué)院大三網(wǎng)球2個(gè)專選班學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,分成實(shí)驗(yàn)班和對(duì)照班,各班均為16人(全部為男生),進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)前兩班的網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平無顯著性差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)班采用固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法,對(duì)照班采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法,進(jìn)行為期32學(xué)時(shí)的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。通過對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn):固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法是一種結(jié)合實(shí)戰(zhàn)的教學(xué)方法,并且符合形成運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的過程及其發(fā)展;固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法主要應(yīng)用于開發(fā)學(xué)生的反應(yīng)、步法移動(dòng)和調(diào)整能力以及各技術(shù)間協(xié)調(diào)能力;固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法與傳統(tǒng)多球教學(xué)法核心區(qū)別是練習(xí)過程中連貫的線路、技術(shù)組合練習(xí),學(xué)生在練習(xí)中把握各項(xiàng)技術(shù)動(dòng)作、步法之間的銜接。教學(xué)結(jié)果表明,固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法在擊球落點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)確度、球速以及技術(shù)動(dòng)作方面比傳統(tǒng)多球更加有效;固定線路步法組合教學(xué)法更有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主體性、加強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。通過在體育院系網(wǎng)球?qū)_x班的固定線路步法組合教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),得出以下結(jié)論:1.固定線路步法組合教學(xué)更有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主體性。2.固定線路步法組合教學(xué)在教學(xué)過程中增加了學(xué)生的擊球環(huán)節(jié),能較好的培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的注意力、對(duì)來球的分析處理能力。3.固定線路步法組合教學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)生正反手擊球落點(diǎn)、截?fù)羟蚵潼c(diǎn)、發(fā)球落點(diǎn)的準(zhǔn)確度、步法移動(dòng)能力、各技術(shù)間協(xié)調(diào)能力、以及技術(shù)動(dòng)作均有明顯的提升,且相比傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法更為有效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tennis, it has gradually become a kind of net-separating antagonistic sport which is loved by college students. However, due to the limited hours of tennis teaching, how to make students master the basic technology as soon as possible is an urgent problem in tennis teaching. Therefore, the study of new teaching methods and the promotion of tennis teaching reform will be of great significance to the improvement of tennis teaching quality. In this paper, using the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, experiment and so on, the combined teaching method of fixed line footwork is introduced into the tennis special course of physical education department. The students of two special classes of junior tennis in Hunan Institute of Humanities and Science and Technology were selected as experimental objects, which were divided into experimental class and control class with 16 students (all boys) in each class. There was no significant difference in tennis skill level between the two classes before the teaching experiment. The experimental class adopts the combination teaching method of fixed line step and the control class adopts the traditional teaching method to carry on the teaching experiment for 32 hours. Through the analysis of the results, it is found that the combination teaching method of fixed line footwork is a kind of teaching method combined with actual combat, and accords with the process of forming motor skills and its development; The combination teaching method of fixed line footwork is mainly used to develop students' reaction, footwork movement and adjustment ability and the ability of coordination among different technologies. The core difference between the fixed line gait combined teaching method and the traditional multi-ball teaching method is the coherent line in the course of practice, the technical combination exercise, the students' grasping each technical action in the practice, and the connection between the footwork. The teaching results show that the combined teaching method of fixed line footwork is more effective than the traditional multi-ball teaching method in hitting accuracy, ball speed and technical action. The combination teaching method of fixed line footwork is more helpful to cultivate students' learning subjectivity and strengthen students' learning enthusiasm and team cooperation ability. The following conclusions are drawn through the teaching experiment of the fixed line footwork combination in the tennis class selection in the physical education department: 1. Fixed line gait combination teaching is more conducive to the cultivation of students' learning subjectivity. 2. In the course of teaching, the combination teaching of fixed line footwork can increase the students' batting links, train the students' attention and analyze and deal with the ball. 3. The fixed line gait combination teaching can improve the accuracy of forward and backhand batting, volley and serve, the ability of footwork movement, the ability of coordination among different techniques, and the technical action. And compared with the traditional teaching method is more effective.
