山東省高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:體育是教育中的一個(gè)重要組成部分,良好的體育教育是培養(yǎng)德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代化人才的重要條件。在我國(guó)教育改革的大背景下,教師作為教育者,關(guān)系到教育改革政策能否有效地貫徹及實(shí)施,其自身專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度的高低也直接影響到教學(xué)質(zhì)量的好壞。由此可見(jiàn),教師是教育改革的推進(jìn)動(dòng)力還是阻礙因素,取決于教師自身素養(yǎng)的高低。 高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師作為體育教師中的一個(gè)特殊的群體,除了要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)精神、運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣,,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心全面發(fā)展之外,還肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)和教育中小學(xué)體育教師的重任。其教育思想、方法、理念等,都將間接地影響到我國(guó)今后中小學(xué)體育課程的教育情況,由此可見(jiàn),高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。 教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化問(wèn)題早已受到國(guó)內(nèi)外的廣泛關(guān)注,本研究選取“高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師”這一特殊群體,通過(guò)對(duì)山東師范大學(xué)、濟(jì)南大學(xué)、濰坊學(xué)院、濱州學(xué)院、曲阜師范大學(xué)等十所高校中不同教齡、不同學(xué)歷、不同職稱(chēng)等教師的比較分析,對(duì)當(dāng)前山東省內(nèi)各高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,從其專(zhuān)業(yè)理念、專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)等諸多方面進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié),旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)其專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展中所存在的問(wèn)題,以求找出合理地應(yīng)對(duì)策略,以更好地推進(jìn)體育教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化的發(fā)展。 本研究主要使用調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)高校教師在其專(zhuān)業(yè)理念、專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)技能、情意培養(yǎng)、課程評(píng)價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。 結(jié)論表明: (1)高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的教師的教育意識(shí)及教育思想狀況普遍較好,但也依然存在著創(chuàng)新能力不足、教學(xué)觀(guān)念陳舊、教學(xué)方法落后等問(wèn)題,良好的教學(xué)觀(guān)念還沒(méi)有與教學(xué)行為實(shí)踐做到有機(jī)的結(jié)合,這些都制約著教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展。 (2)高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師的對(duì)于專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)與技能掌握情況良好,但在實(shí)際地教學(xué)過(guò)程中,“重教學(xué),輕教育”的情況依然嚴(yán)重,對(duì)于學(xué)生思想狀況及心理問(wèn)題的關(guān)注度不夠,師生關(guān)系等問(wèn)題有待改善,對(duì)于自身作為“培養(yǎng)教師的教師”這一定位理解不夠。 (3)學(xué)校及社會(huì)各界對(duì)于高校體育教育教師的支持度有待提高,體育教師的社會(huì)地位低、教師評(píng)價(jià)方式單一、教師待遇等問(wèn)題都阻礙著教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展。 (4)明確專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的方向、繼續(xù)教育、自我提高、完善相關(guān)制度建設(shè)是山東省高校體育教育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體實(shí)施策略。
[Abstract]:Physical education is an important part of education, and good physical education is an important condition for cultivating modern talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. Under the background of educational reform in China, teachers, as educators, are related to the effective implementation of educational reform policies, and the degree of specialization directly affects the quality of teaching. It can be seen that teachers are the driving force or hindrance factor of educational reform, depending on the teacher's own quality. As a special group of PE teachers, physical education teachers in colleges and universities should not only cultivate students' good sports spirit and habits, but also promote the all-round development of students' body and mind. It is also shouldering the important task of training and educating PE teachers in primary and secondary schools. Its educational thought, method, idea and so on, all will influence our country's future primary and secondary school physical education curriculum education situation indirectly, therefore, the university physical education specialized teacher's specialization development is very important. The problem of teacher professionalization has already received extensive attention both at home and abroad. This study selects the special group of "college physical education professional teachers", through the Shandong normal University, Jinan University, Weifang University, Binzhou University, Based on the comparative analysis of teachers with different teaching years, different academic qualifications and different titles in ten universities such as Qufu normal University, this paper investigates the professional development of physical education teachers in various colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and from the perspective of their professional concepts, In order to find out the problems existing in the professional development of PE teachers and to find out the reasonable strategies to promote the professional development of PE teachers, this paper analyzes and sums up many aspects such as professional technology and so on. This research mainly uses the investigation method, the literature method, the mathematical statistics method, has carried on the investigation and the research to the university teacher in its specialized idea, the specialized knowledge, the specialized skill, the emotion cultivation, the curriculum appraisal and so on. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the teachers of physical education major in colleges and universities generally have good educational consciousness and educational ideology, but there are still some problems, such as insufficient innovation ability, outdated teaching ideas and backward teaching methods, etc. Good teaching concept has not been combined organically with teaching practice, which restricts teachers' professional development. (2) the teachers of physical education in colleges and universities have a good grasp of professional knowledge and skills, but in the process of practical teaching, the situation of "attaching importance to teaching rather than education" is still serious. It is not enough to pay attention to students' ideological and psychological problems, to improve the relationship between teachers and students, and to understand themselves as "teachers to train teachers". (3) the degree of support for PE teachers in colleges and universities needs to be improved, the social status of PE teachers is low, the way of teachers' evaluation is single, the teachers' treatment and so on are all hindering teachers' professional development. (4) making clear the direction of professional development, continuing education, self-improvement and perfecting the related system construction are the specific implementation strategies for the professional development of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.
