飲茶與有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)相結(jié)合對(duì)高校學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的影響分析

【摘要】:本文首先對(duì)當(dāng)前將飲茶引入高校有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)的必要性進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要闡述,并就飲茶與有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)的幾種結(jié)合方式進(jìn)行了具體分析,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上就飲茶與有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)相結(jié)合對(duì)高校學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的主要影響進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。當(dāng)前將飲茶引入高校有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)的必要性體現(xiàn)在這樣幾個(gè)方面:一是物質(zhì)功效上適當(dāng)飲茶可以為人體機(jī)能補(bǔ)充微量元素;二是交際功能上可以拓展大學(xué)生的體育交際能力;三是精神功能上可以為大學(xué)生的修身養(yǎng)性提供重要的文化源泉。飲茶與有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)的幾種結(jié)合方式主要包括:有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)全過(guò)程的飲茶實(shí)踐、有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組織過(guò)程中飲茶風(fēng)俗文化禮儀的引入等。飲茶與有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)相結(jié)合對(duì)高校學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的主要影響在于:適當(dāng)飲茶有助于顯著地提高大學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì);飲茶有助于提高學(xué)生的耐力素質(zhì);飲茶有助于為有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)提供長(zhǎng)期的基礎(chǔ)補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the necessity of introducing tea drinking into aerobic exercise in colleges and universities is briefly expounded, and several ways of combining tea drinking and aerobic exercise are analyzed in detail. On the basis of this, the main effect of tea drinking and aerobic exercise on college students' physical quality is explained. At present, the necessity of introducing tea drinking into aerobic exercise in colleges and universities is reflected in the following aspects: first, proper tea drinking can supplement trace elements for human body function in material effect; second, it can expand college students' sports communicative ability in communicative function; Third, spiritual function can provide an important cultural source for college students 'self-cultivation. The combination of tea drinking and aerobic exercise mainly includes: the practice of drinking tea in the whole process of aerobic exercise, the introduction of tea drinking customs and manners in the process of aerobic exercise organization, etc. The main effects of tea drinking and aerobic exercise on college students' physical quality are as follows: proper tea drinking can significantly improve college students' physical quality, tea drinking can improve students' endurance quality; Tea drinking helps to provide a long-term foundation for aerobic exercise.
