【摘要】： 試辦獨(dú)立學(xué)院是新形勢(shì)下高等教育辦學(xué)機(jī)制與模式的一項(xiàng)探索與創(chuàng)新,是更好更快擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)高等教育資源的一種有效途徑。湖北是我國(guó)的教育大省,具有豐富的高等教育資源,為獨(dú)立學(xué)院提供了良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境。本論文以湖北省16所獨(dú)立學(xué)院為研究對(duì)象,查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,采用問卷調(diào)查、訪談?wù){(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,對(duì)湖北省獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)校體育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面調(diào)查,運(yùn)用SPSS10.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)理分析和邏輯分析,探索促進(jìn)獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)校體育科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、健康化發(fā)展的有效途徑,旨在為相關(guān)部門制定湖北省獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)校體育發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供參考意見。 通過研究,本文認(rèn)為:(1)目前湖北省獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)校體育主要實(shí)行三級(jí)管理,部分實(shí)行二級(jí)管理,在管理體制上還有待進(jìn)一步完善;(2)體育教材使用不規(guī)范,教學(xué)文件不齊備,教學(xué)班級(jí)人數(shù)偏多;(3)課外運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽開展較好,但課余體育鍛煉無計(jì)劃,在組織和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)上較欠缺,常設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃不齊備;(4)已初步形成了專任與兼職并存、專任為主、自成體系的體育師資隊(duì)伍,但體育教師年齡、職稱、學(xué)力結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,科研成果少,工作待遇偏低;(5)湖北省獨(dú)立學(xué)院之間場(chǎng)地設(shè)施差距較大,只有少數(shù)學(xué)校場(chǎng)地設(shè)施齊全、體育經(jīng)費(fèi)充足,大多數(shù)學(xué)校體育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入少,場(chǎng)地設(shè)施簡(jiǎn)陋,有的甚至不能滿足正常的體育教學(xué),遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)沒有達(dá)到教育部的要求。 針對(duì)目前湖北省獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)校體育的現(xiàn)狀,在認(rèn)真研究國(guó)家教育方針政策、法律法規(guī)文件的基礎(chǔ)上,提出湖北省獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)校體育發(fā)展的對(duì)策:(1)進(jìn)一步完善學(xué)校體育管理體制,促進(jìn)獨(dú)立學(xué)院持續(xù)健康發(fā)展;(2)建立健全體育課程的管理體制,加大體育教學(xué)改革與課程建設(shè)的力度;(3)加強(qiáng)師資培養(yǎng),建設(shè)一支高質(zhì)量的師資隊(duì)伍;(4)加強(qiáng)課外體育活動(dòng)的組織與管理;(5)加大體育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入力度,改善學(xué)校體育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和條件。
[Abstract]:Setting up independent colleges on a trial basis is an exploration and innovation of the mechanism and mode of running higher education under the new situation. It is also an effective way to expand higher education resources better and faster. Hubei is a big educational province in China, with abundant resources of higher education, which provides a good development environment for independent colleges. This paper takes 16 independent colleges in Hubei Province as the research object, looks up a large number of documents, adopts the research methods of questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and so on, carries on the comprehensive investigation to the present situation of the school physical education of the independent college of Hubei Province. In order to explore the effective ways to promote the scientific, standardized and healthy development of physical education in independent colleges, the mathematical analysis and logic analysis are carried out by using SPSS10.0 software. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the relevant departments to formulate the school physical education development plan of Hubei Independent College. Through the research, this article thinks: (1) at present the Hubei independent college school physical education mainly implements the three-level management, partly implements the secondary management, in the management system still needs to be further consummated; (2) the use of physical education textbooks is not standardized, the teaching documents are not complete, and the teaching class size is on the high side; (3) extracurricular sports competitions are well developed, but there is no plan for after-school physical exercise, lacking in organization and on-site guidance, and the training plan for permanent sports teams is not complete; (4) it has initially formed a contingent of PE teachers who co-exist full-time and part-time, mainly full-time and self-made, but the age, professional title, academic structure of PE teachers are unreasonable, scientific research results are few, and the working pay is low; (5) there is a large gap between the facilities of the independent colleges in Hubei Province. Only a few schools have complete facilities, adequate sports funds, low investment in sports funds in most schools, simple facilities, and some can not even meet the normal physical education teaching. It is far from meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Education. In view of the present situation of school physical education in Hubei Independent College, on the basis of studying the national educational principles and policies and the documents of laws and regulations, The countermeasures for the development of school physical education in Hubei independent college are put forward as follows: (1) to further improve the management system of school physical education and promote the sustainable and healthy development of independent college; (2) to establish and perfect the management system of physical education course, to strengthen the reform of physical education teaching and the strength of curriculum construction, (3) to strengthen the training of teachers, to build a contingent of high quality teachers, (4) to strengthen the organization and management of extracurricular sports activities; (5) increase the input of sports funds to improve the physical education infrastructure and conditions.
