【摘要】：運用文獻資料、專家訪談、錄像觀察等研究方法,對中國男籃奧運會競爭力的制約因素與調試路徑進行研究。主要制約因素:球員基本功不扎實,個人能力欠缺;缺少大賽歷練,臨場經驗不足;新老更迭滯緩,梯隊結構不合理,加之換帥頻繁,致使國家隊戰(zhàn)術素養(yǎng)始終未能形成;急功近利思想嚴重,籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽沒能為國家隊培養(yǎng)大批優(yōu)秀籃球人才。"十三五"時期,為找尋中國男籃突破路徑,提出了拓寬球員培養(yǎng)渠道,改進優(yōu)秀籃球后備人才發(fā)展模式;精心打造合理的梯隊結構,保持穩(wěn)定的國家隊主力陣容;立足國情和借鑒相結合,理性培養(yǎng)中國男籃的技戰(zhàn)術風格體系;探索中國特色的職業(yè)籃球發(fā)展道路,切實擔當為國家隊培養(yǎng)籃球人才的重任;發(fā)揮制度優(yōu)勢,建立國家隊與俱樂部聯(lián)手合作機制等。同時,學習和借鑒西班牙男籃長盛不衰的經驗,立足現(xiàn)狀,找準方向,科學規(guī)劃,逐步提升中國男籃的國際競爭力,推動我國籃球事業(yè)全面協(xié)調可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, expert interview and video observation, this paper studies the restrictive factors and debugging paths of the competitiveness of the Chinese men's basketball Olympic Games. The main restrictive factors are: player basic skills are not solid, personal ability is not enough; lack of competition experience, lack of experience on the spot; new and old changes slow, echelon structure unreasonable, coupled with frequent changes, resulting in the national team tactical literacy has not been formed; The thought of quick success and instant benefit is serious, the basketball professional league cannot train a large number of outstanding basketball talents for the national team. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, in order to find the breakthrough path of Chinese men's basketball team, the author proposed to broaden the training channel of players, improve the development mode of excellent basketball reserve talents, meticulously create a reasonable echelon structure and maintain a stable national team's main lineup. Based on the combination of national conditions and reference, we should rationally cultivate the technical and tactical style system of Chinese men's basketball, explore the development road of professional basketball with Chinese characteristics, and take on the important task of cultivating basketball talents for the national team. Give play to system advantage, establish national team and club cooperate mechanism and so on. At the same time, we should study and draw lessons from the long and prosperous experience of Spanish men's basketball team, base on the present situation, find the right direction, scientifically plan, step by step improve the international competitiveness of Chinese men's basketball team, and promote the overall coordinated and sustainable development of our country's basketball industry.
