南京市游泳俱樂部運(yùn)營模式探究

【摘要】:體育俱樂部作為現(xiàn)代體育活動(dòng)最常見的一種體育組織形式,在運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的推廣、普及、發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮了積極的推動(dòng)作用。游泳俱樂部近幾年盡管發(fā)展迅速快、數(shù)量多,但是模式雷同,缺乏成熟的運(yùn)營模式。本論文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,實(shí)地考察法,問卷調(diào)查法,訪談法等研究方法,以南京奧體中心游泳俱樂部、五臺(tái)山青少年游泳俱樂部等12家游泳俱樂部運(yùn)營模式為研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)的分析游泳俱樂部運(yùn)營中過程中場地、資金、人力、信息、服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)、宣傳推廣等方面的不足和解決方法?偨Y(jié)南京市游泳俱樂部自我運(yùn)營、自我發(fā)展、自我完善的運(yùn)營模式。并得出結(jié)論,南京市游泳俱樂部在未來的發(fā)展過程中需要盡快組建游泳俱樂部聯(lián)盟,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享,尤其是游泳場館資源共享。完善人力資源管理機(jī)制,合理規(guī)劃資金投入和使用,提升俱樂部場地條件,完善安全保障體系。豐富俱樂部服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。實(shí)施線上的宣傳,線下體驗(yàn)的宣傳模式。建立游泳俱樂部“一站式”服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:As the most common form of sports organization in modern sports activities, sports clubs play an active role in promoting, popularizing and developing sports events. Swimming clubs have developed rapidly and in large numbers in recent years, but the same pattern and lack of mature operation mode. In this paper, 12 swimming clubs, such as Nanjing Olympic Sports Center Swimming Club, Wutai Mountain Junior Swimming Club and so on, are studied by the methods of literature, field investigation, questionnaire investigation and interview. Systematic analysis of the swimming club in the course of the operation of the venue, funds, manpower, information, service design, promotion and other aspects of the shortcomings and solutions. Summarizes the Nanjing swimming club self-operation, self-development, self-improvement operation model. It is concluded that Nanjing swimming club needs to set up swimming club alliance as soon as possible in the process of future development to realize resource sharing, especially swimming venue resource sharing. Improve the human resources management mechanism, reasonable planning of investment and use of funds, improve the club site conditions, improve the security system. Enrich club services. Implementation of online publicity, offline experience of the publicity model. To establish a "one-stop" service system for swimming clubs.
