【摘要】：為了探究浙江省乒乓球競(jìng)技水平落后的原因,為浙江省體育局和乒乓球項(xiàng)目管理中心制定相關(guān)政策時(shí)提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)與理論支持,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、實(shí)地考察法對(duì)浙江省青少年競(jìng)技水平、競(jìng)賽組織以及教練員隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果顯示:(1)浙江省青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員在國(guó)際比賽和全國(guó)比賽中參賽、獲獎(jiǎng)次數(shù)較少,青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員競(jìng)技水平的現(xiàn)狀極不樂(lè)觀。(2)浙江省組織競(jìng)賽方面,男運(yùn)動(dòng)員參與度高于女運(yùn)動(dòng)員。(3)浙江省各市之間組織競(jìng)賽的次數(shù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的參與度存在極大差異,大部分城市組織次數(shù)不多,參賽人數(shù)極少。(4)浙江省乒乓球教練員人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè)不合理,地域分布不均衡。(5)浙江省乒乓球教練員學(xué)歷較低,職稱較低,優(yōu)秀教練員缺乏。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the reasons for the backward level of table tennis competition in Zhejiang Province, and to provide accurate data and theoretical support for Zhejiang Sports Bureau and Table Tennis Project Management Center in formulating relevant policies, questionnaires and expert interviews are used. The present situation of Zhejiang youth competitive level, competition organization and coaches was analyzed. The results are as follows: (1) the number of prizes won by young table tennis athletes in international and national competitions in Zhejiang Province is less, and the present situation of the competitive level of young table tennis players in Zhejiang Province is not optimistic. (2) in the aspect of organizing competitions in Zhejiang Province, The participation rate of male athletes is higher than that of female athletes. (3) there are great differences in the number of competitions organized among cities in Zhejiang Province. The number of participants is very small. (4) the construction of talent echelon of table tennis coaches in Zhejiang Province is unreasonable and the regional distribution is not balanced. (5) Zhejiang table tennis coaches have lower academic qualifications, lower titles and lack of excellent coaches.
