體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)博士生培養(yǎng)的理論失位與實(shí)踐盲動(dòng)

【摘要】:通過(guò)辨析體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)的學(xué)科性質(zhì),探討博士生培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題及其內(nèi)在原因。研究認(rèn)為:(1)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)自身科學(xué)性較低,這與其較大博士生培養(yǎng)規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)出矛盾性。這種矛盾是由外在的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求與內(nèi)在的學(xué)理性不足所導(dǎo)致的;(2)我國(guó)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)博士論文選題存在著明顯的"越界"現(xiàn)象。這種"越界"現(xiàn)象是由于體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)自身科學(xué)性不足所造成的必然結(jié)果。(3)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)具有典型的運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)踐本質(zhì),該學(xué)科的人才培養(yǎng)應(yīng)當(dāng)與其學(xué)科本質(zhì)相符合,應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持以應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)為主,兼顧科研型人才培養(yǎng)的策略。(4)體育學(xué)的"科學(xué)共同體"應(yīng)當(dāng)深刻體認(rèn)體育學(xué)自身的運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)踐性特征,明確體育教學(xué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練在體育學(xué)中的重要作用。(5)應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持從跨學(xué)科視野,借助心理學(xué)、生理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)的研究范式對(duì)體育教育和運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,提升研究的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the nature of physical education and training, this paper discusses the problems existing in the training of doctoral students and their internal causes. The conclusions are as follows: (1) physical education training itself is less scientific, which is contradictory with its larger doctoral training scale. This contradiction is caused by the external realistic demand and the inherent lack of academic rationality; (2) there is an obvious phenomenon of "crossing the boundary" in the selection of the doctoral thesis of physical education and training in our country. The phenomenon of "crossing the border" is the inevitable result caused by the lack of scientific nature of physical education and training. (3) physical education training has a typical nature of sports practice, and the training of talents in this discipline should be in line with the nature of the discipline. We should insist on the strategy of cultivating applied talents and give consideration to the training of scientific research talents. (4) the "scientific community" of physical education should deeply understand the characteristics of sports practice itself. The important role of physical education and sports training in physical education should be clarified. (5) the problems in physical education and sports training should be studied from an interdisciplinary perspective, with the help of the research paradigms of psychology, physiology, sociology and management. To improve the scientific nature of the research.
