加壓舉重服對(duì)脊柱穩(wěn)定性、力量輸出及恢復(fù)的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the wearing of weightlifting clothing with compression design, ordinary weightlifting suit and belt to prove whether the weightlifting suit can enhance spinal stability without violating the rules of the competition. Increases the speed of strength output and strength recovery of weightlifters. Methods: ten high level male weightlifters were selected to wear 3 kinds of test equipment to carry on 85%1RM continuous snatch. The data were collected synchronously by infrared spot capture system and three dimensional force measuring table. The degree of trunk deviation and three dimensional angles of lower extremity joints were measured to evaluate the stability of spine, and the power output and recovery of snatch were evaluated by internal and external strength performance. The effects of different weightlifting equipment and the first and last test on spinal stability, strength output and recovery were determined by double factor analysis of repeated measurement. Results: in the external performance of power output, the total time of snatch of pressurized weightlifting clothing was the shortest, that of ordinary weightlifting suit was the longest, and the peak and mean of ground reaction force in front and right direction, the impulse of ground reaction force was the lowest when wearing pressurized weightlifting suit. The peak value and mean value of vertical ground reaction force were the highest in wearing pressurized weightlifting clothes, while the barbell lifting speed average in the snatch stage was the lowest, and the acceleration peak value was the highest. In the internal performance of the strength output, the hip joint extension torque and the knee joint adductive moment peak value were the minimum in wearing the pressure weightlifting clothing; the different weightlifting equipment had no significant influence on the lower extremity hip, knee and ankle joint power peak and mean value. In terms of spine stability, the peak value of trunk rotation was the smallest when wearing pressurized weightlifting clothing, and the peak value of hip joint flexion was significantly larger than that of ordinary weightlifting suit, and the peak value of abduction angle was obviously lower than that of ordinary weightlifting suit. No interaction was found in all indicators of the first and last test of different weightlifting equipment. Conclusion: 1, pressurized weightlifting suit is more conducive to the strength output of weightlifters; 2, the weight lifting belt is more conducive to the stability of the spine; 3, it can not be proved that pressurized weightlifting suits are more conducive to the strength recovery of weightlifters.
