開放式教學法對高校健美操選項課學生身心健康影響的實驗研究
[Abstract]:Aerobics is a modern sport. Since it was introduced into our country, it has been widely carried out throughout the country and loved by the majority of students. As a part of school physical education, the elective course of aerobics is also loved by the majority of students. However, with the development of the project and the deepening of the modern educational theory, the teaching methods adopted in the aerobics elective class show a diversified trend. The open teaching method is based on the idea of innovative teaching method put forward by the traditional locking classroom. In recent years, it has been practiced in various colleges and universities in our country. Therefore, in order to deeply study the practical effect of open teaching method in the elective course of aerobics in colleges and universities, and to give full play to the value of the optional course of aerobics, this study adopts the method of literature and experiment. This paper makes an experimental study on the practical application effect of the open teaching method in the selective course of aerobics. The results show that: 1, the physical and mental health of contemporary college students needs to be improved. The selective course of aerobics has the function of promoting the physical and mental development of college students, which is reflected to some extent in the experimental group and the control group, which adopt the open teaching method and the traditional teaching method. However, the improvement of the students' physical and mental health in the experimental group is obviously superior to that in the experimental group, and it shows the characteristics of comprehensiveness. 2. The advantage of the open teaching method in the selective class of aerobics is that the advantage of physical and mental health is more obvious. It is helpful to improve the physical quality of college students in an all-round way, to make up for the deficiency of aerobics, and to combine teaching methods with teaching contents. 3. The difficulty of using open teaching method in aerobics elective class lies in the level of students' receptive ability and teaching method, and puts forward new requirements for teachers' teaching ability. As well as the opening requirements of the teaching environment 4. The countermeasures used in the open teaching method in the aerobics elective class include: the interactive development of the open teaching and the aerobics elective course, to promote the physical and mental health development of the college students in an all-round way. Strengthening the learning of theoretical knowledge of open teaching method, improving teachers' teaching ability, and optimizing teaching environment to ensure the normal operation of open teaching method.
