【摘要】：隨著休閑時(shí)代的來臨和人們生活水平的提高,如何利用余暇時(shí)間進(jìn)行休閑活動(dòng)成為了人們關(guān)心的話題�，F(xiàn)代職業(yè)女性,生活工作壓力大,她們對(duì)待休閑體育活動(dòng)是什么樣的態(tài)度,又是如何開展休閑體育活動(dòng)是本文關(guān)注的主要問題。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)延邊地區(qū)不同民族、不同年齡、不同文化程度、不同收入、不同婚姻狀況的職業(yè)女性休閑體育態(tài)度和行為特征進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,對(duì)比分析各社會(huì)人口特征下職業(yè)女性的休閑體育態(tài)度和行為特征,旨在了解延邊地區(qū)職業(yè)女性休閑體育的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,不同社會(huì)人口特征下職業(yè)女性的休閑體育態(tài)度與體育行為的差異,并研究休閑體育態(tài)度與休閑體育行為特征的關(guān)系,并提出有針對(duì)性的建議,為有關(guān)各方的決策提供一定的依據(jù)和參考。分析結(jié)果表明:職業(yè)女性更加青睞慢跑、散步、登山等休閑體育活動(dòng);不同民族、不同年齡、不同學(xué)歷、不同收入的職業(yè)女性在看待休閑體育重要性方面存在差異;不同年齡群體在參加休閑體育頻次上存在差異;不同婚姻狀況的人在參加休閑體育的時(shí)間段上存在差異;在態(tài)度三要素中,情感要素與行為意向要素的相關(guān)性更強(qiáng)。由分析結(jié)果得出結(jié)論:態(tài)度不能夠完全預(yù)測(cè)行為;態(tài)度三要素中,情感要素更能預(yù)測(cè)出行為意向要素;休閑體育并不是職業(yè)女性休閑方式的主流,年齡偏大的人群更注重休閑體育;便利性是影響休閑體育參與的重要因素;休閑體育目的動(dòng)機(jī)呈現(xiàn)出多樣化,崇尚慢節(jié)奏、輕生活、貼近自然成為一大趨勢(shì);朝漢兩族在休閑體育行為方式上差異較小,觀念認(rèn)知上仍然存在差異。本研究提出了如下建議:積極倡導(dǎo)休閑體育,培養(yǎng)興趣比加強(qiáng)認(rèn)知宣傳更重要;體育主管部門發(fā)揮其職能;政府要統(tǒng)籌兼顧,同時(shí)注意市場(chǎng)需求與特點(diǎn),有針對(duì)性進(jìn)行;建設(shè)現(xiàn)代城市休閑體育服務(wù)體系,營造良好的休閑體育環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the advent of leisure time and the improvement of people's living standard, how to use leisure time to carry on leisure activities has become a topic of concern. Modern professional women, life and work pressure, what attitude they treat leisure sports activities, and how to develop leisure sports activities is the main concern of this paper. This study uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study different nationalities, different ages, different education levels and different income in Yanbian area. The characteristics of leisure sports attitude and behavior of professional women with different marital status were investigated, and the characteristics of leisure sports attitude and behavior of professional women under different social and demographic characteristics were compared and analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to understand the present situation of professional female leisure sports in Yanbian area, and to study the relationship between leisure sports attitude and leisure sports behavior under different social and demographic characteristics. Some suggestions are put forward to provide some basis and reference for the decision-making of all parties concerned. The results show that professional women prefer leisure sports such as jogging, walking and mountaineering, and there are differences in the importance of leisure sports among professional women of different nationalities, different ages, different education levels and different incomes. Different age groups participate in leisure sports frequency differences; different marital status of people participating in leisure sports time period differences; in the attitude of the three elements, emotional factors and behavioral intention factors are more strongly related. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that attitude can not completely predict behavior; among the three factors of attitude, emotional factors are more able to predict travel intention factors; leisure sports is not the mainstream of professional women's leisure mode. The older people pay more attention to leisure sports; convenience is an important factor affecting the participation of leisure sports; the motive of leisure sports is diversified, advocating slow rhythm, light life, close to nature become a major trend; The differences between the Korean and Han ethnic groups in leisure sports behavior are small, but there are still differences in concept cognition. The research put forward the following suggestions: actively advocating leisure sports, cultivating interest is more important than strengthening cognitive propaganda; the competent department of sports should give play to its functions; the government should take into account the overall consideration, at the same time, pay attention to the market demand and characteristics, and carry out it pertinently; Construct the modern city leisure sports service system, create the good leisure sports environment.
