李金哲備戰(zhàn)第十二屆全運(yùn)會(huì)年度訓(xùn)練特征研究

【摘要】:本文以我國(guó)男子跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員李金哲備戰(zhàn)第十二屆全運(yùn)會(huì)賽前訓(xùn)練特征為研究對(duì)象,通過采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、個(gè)案分析法、跟蹤觀察法對(duì)整個(gè)備戰(zhàn)期間的訓(xùn)練特征進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員參加大型比賽備戰(zhàn)期間訓(xùn)練安排的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索和把握跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員年度訓(xùn)練的基本規(guī)律和具體操作,為跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練提供理論參考和實(shí)踐依據(jù),為努力提高我國(guó)男子跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練水平而服務(wù)。研究結(jié)果顯示:1、根據(jù)備戰(zhàn)第十二屆全運(yùn)會(huì)的任務(wù)和要求,李金哲備戰(zhàn)期間訓(xùn)練主要分為三個(gè)階段。每個(gè)階段的任務(wù)和要求不同,第一階段主要以身體能力儲(chǔ)備為主,全面進(jìn)行身體素質(zhì)能力的訓(xùn)練。第二階段,主要是突出專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)、技術(shù)和專項(xiàng)節(jié)奏訓(xùn)練能力,檢驗(yàn)和提高專項(xiàng)技術(shù)及專項(xiàng)能力。第三階段,全方位做好參加全運(yùn)會(huì)的準(zhǔn)備,制定封閉式訓(xùn)練的計(jì)劃,專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練過程中注重質(zhì)量和成功率,力求專項(xiàng)技術(shù)、能力、強(qiáng)度和競(jìng)技狀態(tài)等各方面都達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。2、李金哲備戰(zhàn)全運(yùn)會(huì)訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容主要涉及到身體訓(xùn)練、技術(shù)訓(xùn)練、戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練和心理訓(xùn)練等,尤其重視身體素質(zhì)、力量、速度以及專項(xiàng)技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練。各階段周訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃內(nèi)容因階段不同,訓(xùn)練方法手段隨時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。3、李金哲備戰(zhàn)全運(yùn)會(huì)訓(xùn)練三個(gè)階段周力量、身體素質(zhì),每個(gè)月訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷安排各不相同,總體上呈現(xiàn)出各階段訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷量安排由高到低、訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度安排由低到高的變化特征,隨著大賽的臨近,負(fù)荷量逐漸減少,而符合強(qiáng)度逐漸增大,符合運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷安排的一般規(guī)律。4、李金哲備戰(zhàn)全運(yùn)會(huì)不同階段訓(xùn)練過程中,血睪和CK基本處于正常水平;尿素氮在訓(xùn)練初期和訓(xùn)練后期稍微超出人體正常水平,這可能與初期訓(xùn)練不適應(yīng)和后期負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度過大有關(guān);皮質(zhì)醇和血色素在訓(xùn)練過程中表現(xiàn)先下降后上升的趨勢(shì),可能與初期訓(xùn)練不適應(yīng)以及隨后負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度逐漸增加有關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the training characteristics of Li Jinzhe, a Chinese male long jump athlete, as the research object before the 12th National Games. By using the method of literature, expert interview and case analysis, this paper studies the characteristics of Chinese male long jumper Li Jinzhe in preparation for the 12th National Games. The following observation method is used to study the training characteristics of the whole preparation period, and to summarize the successful experience of the training arrangement of the excellent long jump athletes in our country during the preparation for large-scale competitions. To explore and grasp the basic law and concrete operation of the annual training of long jumpers, to provide theoretical and practical basis for the training of long jump, and to serve to improve the scientific training level of Chinese male long jumpers. According to the tasks and requirements of preparing for the 12th National Games, Li Jinzhe's training is divided into three stages. The tasks and requirements of each stage are different. The second stage is mainly to highlight the special quality, technology and specialized rhythm training ability, to test and improve the special technology and special ability. In the third stage, we should prepare for the National Games in all directions, formulate plans for closed training, pay attention to quality and success rate in the special training process, and strive for special skills and abilities. All aspects of strength and competitive state have reached the best state. The training content of Li Jinzhe's preparation for the National Games mainly involves physical training, technical training, tactical training and psychological training, with particular emphasis on physical quality and strength. Training in speed and special skills. The contents of each stage's weekly training plan vary with the stage, the training methods and means are adjusted at any time. Li Jinzhe prepares for the National Games in three stages: Zhou strength, physical quality, and different monthly training load arrangements. As a whole, the training load arrangement changes from high to low, and training load intensity from low to high. With the approaching of the big competition, the load quantity decreases gradually, but the consistency intensity increases gradually. In accordance with the general rules of training load arrangement, Li Jinzhe's blood testicles and CK were basically at normal levels during the different training stages of Li Jinzhe's preparation for the National Games, and urea nitrogen slightly exceeded the normal level of the human body at the initial and later stages of training. This may be related to the inadaptability of the initial training and the excessive load intensity in the later period, and the tendency of cortisol and hemoglobin to decrease first and then to increase in the course of training, which may be related to the inadaptability of the initial training and the gradual increase of the later load intensity.
