非對稱性訓(xùn)練對下肢力量和平衡能力影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來,人體下肢力量薄弱及不平衡對人們?nèi)粘I、基本動作技能、運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練及運(yùn)動損傷康復(fù)等方面的影響受到了越來越多國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的關(guān)注,他們指出,任何一項(xiàng)技術(shù)動作的順利完成都需要兩側(cè)肢體的共同參與和協(xié)調(diào)配合,尤其是下肢的協(xié)調(diào)性與平衡性。當(dāng)今世界體壇中,運(yùn)動員和教練員對下肢弱側(cè)訓(xùn)練的重視程度越來越高,因?yàn)樗谝欢ǔ潭壬峡梢愿纳七\(yùn)動員的下肢力量及肢體的平衡能力,并對運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動成績的提高和運(yùn)動損傷的預(yù)防有著積極的作用。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法對本校體育教育專業(yè)15名學(xué)生進(jìn)行為期8周的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,把實(shí)驗(yàn)對象分成實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅰ組(單一弱側(cè)腿)、實(shí)驗(yàn)II組(雙腿訓(xùn)練側(cè)重弱側(cè))和對照組(無干預(yù)組),進(jìn)行8周的專門訓(xùn)練,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后分別對下肢最大力量,爆發(fā)力和平衡能力進(jìn)行測試,實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器主要采用FMS測試儀器和footscan足底壓力平板等。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論如下:1.非對稱性訓(xùn)練對于受測試者的下肢爆發(fā)力的增長具有一定的效果,在左右側(cè)增長的幅度上,實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅰ組的增長幅度最大,分別達(dá)到了36.5%和34.6%,實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅱ組的增長速度次之,分別為12.5%和21.2%,對照組增長幅度最低,分別為5.6%和8.4%。2.非對稱性訓(xùn)練對于受測試者的最大力量的增長具有一定的效果,在左右側(cè)增長的幅度上,實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅰ組的增長幅度最大,分別增長了34.7%和32.9%,實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅱ組增長的幅度次之,分別增長了28.5%和19.3%,對照組的增長幅度最小,分別增長了3.3%和4.9%。3.非對稱性訓(xùn)練對于受測試者的平衡能力的改善具有顯著的效果,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅰ組在得分方面普遍能夠提升70%左右,而實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅱ組能夠達(dá)到60%左右,對照組則15%左右,有的甚至出現(xiàn)停留在原來的水平上。

The smooth completion of any technical action requires the joint participation and coordination of both limbs, especially the coordination and balance of the lower limbs. In the world of sports nowadays, athletes and coaches pay more and more attention to the weak side training of the lower extremities, because it can improve the strength of the lower limbs and the balance ability of the limbs to a certain extent.
