【摘要】：體育運動中教練員的執(zhí)教內(nèi)容、手段、風(fēng)格豐富多樣,對運動員產(chǎn)生的影響也因此不同。通過研究教練員執(zhí)教風(fēng)格對運動隊凝聚力的影響,可以提高訓(xùn)練實效性和比賽成績,促進運動員個體健康成長與發(fā)展,豐富教練員研究領(lǐng)域的研究成果,并為教練員隊伍建設(shè)提供參考和依據(jù)。本文以教練員執(zhí)教風(fēng)格對運動隊凝聚力的影響作為研究對象,以北京體育大學(xué)競技體校30名教練員所帶的120名運動員為調(diào)查對象,運用文獻資料、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談、數(shù)理分析等研究方法,在以往相關(guān)研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上初步探討教練員執(zhí)教風(fēng)格對運動隊凝聚力的影響。研究結(jié)果如下:1)教練員中基本沒有完全專制型或是民主型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格,多是兩種執(zhí)教風(fēng)格的混合,更多的是偏向于中間類型。在不同運動項目中教練員對運動員的執(zhí)教風(fēng)格不同,同一項目中教練員執(zhí)教風(fēng)格也不完全相同,運動隊凝聚力在對抗項目中高于個人項目。2)教練員執(zhí)教風(fēng)格和運動員的團體凝聚力之間有一定相關(guān)性,不同項目中相關(guān)性不相同。3)個人項目教練員偏向于專制型執(zhí)教風(fēng)格會更有幫助,但可能會降低內(nèi)部的凝聚力,而對抗性項目教練員偏向于民主型執(zhí)教風(fēng)格會更利于運動員提高成績。本研究的建議如下:1)教練員應(yīng)加強認(rèn)識運動項目與執(zhí)教風(fēng)格之間的關(guān)系,明確自身運動項目更合理的執(zhí)教風(fēng)格類型,并改善自己的執(zhí)教風(fēng)格。2)教練員在進行指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練時應(yīng)意識到自己的執(zhí)教風(fēng)格會對運動員產(chǎn)生一定的影響,要結(jié)合運動員自身的特點進行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整,采取合理的執(zhí)教風(fēng)格。3)在個人項目中教練員應(yīng)偏向于專制型的執(zhí)教風(fēng)格,但要注意團隊凝聚力的培養(yǎng),在對抗性的運動項目中教練員應(yīng)偏向于民主型的執(zhí)教風(fēng)格,這樣可能會對運動員產(chǎn)生有利影響。
[Abstract]:Coaches in sports teaching content, means, style is rich and diverse, the impact on athletes is therefore different. through the study of coaches coaching style on the cohesion of sports teams, can improve the effectiveness of training and competition results, promote the healthy growth and development of athletes, enrich coaches research field. In this paper, coaches coaching style on the cohesion of sports teams as the research object, 30 coaches of Beijing Sports University Athletic Sports School with 120 athletes as the research object, the use of literature, questionnaires, expert interviews, mathematical analysis and other research methods, in order to The results are as follows: 1) There is almost no absolute authoritarian or Democratic leadership style among coaches. Most coaches are a mixture of two coaching styles, and most of them are in the middle type. Coaching styles are different, coaching styles are different in the same project, coaching cohesion of sports teams is higher than individual events. 2) Coaching style and team cohesion of athletes have a certain correlation, the correlation is different in different projects. 3) Coaches of individual events tend to be autocratic coaching style. This study suggests that: 1) Coaches should strengthen their understanding of the relationship between sports and coaching styles, make clear their own sports more reasonable style of coaching, and change. 2) Coaches should be aware that their coaching style will have a certain impact on athletes when conducting coaching training. Coaches should adjust their coaching style according to their own characteristics and adopt a reasonable coaching style. 3) Coaches should be inclined to autocratic coaching style in individual events, but should pay attention to the team. The coaches should be inclined to democratic style of coaching in confrontational sports, which may have a beneficial effect on athletes.
