【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料調(diào)研對(duì)全民健身需求表達(dá)、新公共服務(wù)、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)、服務(wù)型政府等理論進(jìn)行梳理,以確立我國(guó)農(nóng)村居民全民健身需求表達(dá)的預(yù)選指標(biāo);運(yùn)用德爾菲法通過3輪專家調(diào)查,對(duì)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行修正和反饋,建立了包括2個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、7個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)、21個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)、75個(gè)四級(jí)指標(biāo)的我國(guó)農(nóng)村居民全民健身需求表達(dá)指標(biāo)體系;進(jìn)而采用層次分析法(AHP)確定了各級(jí)指標(biāo)體系的權(quán)重;在此基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試構(gòu)建了我國(guó)農(nóng)村居民全民健身需求表達(dá)指標(biāo)體系及運(yùn)行機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:This paper combs the theories of national fitness demand expression, new public service, overall planning of urban and rural areas, service-oriented government and so on through literature research, in order to establish the pre-selected indicators of the national fitness demand expression of rural residents in China; uses Delphi method to revise and feedback the index system through three rounds of expert surveys, and establishes seven indicators including two first-level indicators. Secondary indicators, 21 third-level indicators, 75 fourth-level indicators of the national fitness needs of rural residents to express the index system; and then the use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the index system at all levels; on this basis, try to build a national fitness needs of rural residents in China to express the index system and operating mechanism.
