【摘要】：本文通過(guò)參考文獻(xiàn)法、視頻解析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法對(duì)我國(guó)男子跳高運(yùn)動(dòng)員張國(guó)偉與國(guó)外優(yōu)秀男子跳高運(yùn)動(dòng)員在跳高比賽中的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集整理。從人體在運(yùn)動(dòng)中應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的客觀規(guī)律出發(fā),構(gòu)建出背越式跳高不同階段身體應(yīng)當(dāng)出現(xiàn)的合理動(dòng)作框架,并以此為基礎(chǔ)將收集到的張國(guó)偉在助跑、起跳、過(guò)桿等階段的數(shù)據(jù)與國(guó)外優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行全面的橫向?qū)Ρ?找出其在背越式跳高技術(shù)動(dòng)作方面存在的不足。得出如下結(jié)論:1、我國(guó)男子跳高運(yùn)動(dòng)員張國(guó)偉在助跑階段的速度已經(jīng)達(dá)到世界優(yōu)秀水平,但是速度損失率較大,助跑最后一步至起跳過(guò)程中身體內(nèi)傾角度較小,以近似直線的跑動(dòng)軌跡結(jié)束助跑不利于騰空后身體自然背對(duì)橫桿。2、張國(guó)偉在起跳過(guò)程中,手臂和擺動(dòng)腿的擺動(dòng)速度較小,踝關(guān)節(jié)爆發(fā)力弱,起跳離地時(shí)擺動(dòng)腿刻意向異側(cè)肩方向擺動(dòng),沒能最大限度地發(fā)揮起跳能力。3、在完成起跳動(dòng)作后的騰空階段,張國(guó)偉的擺動(dòng)腿沒有主動(dòng)下放,造成過(guò)桿時(shí)期背弓幅度小,影響了過(guò)桿效率。
[Abstract]:This paper collects and collates the data of Chinese male high jumper Zhang Guowei and foreign excellent male high jumpers in the high jump competition by the methods of reference, video analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. Starting from the objective law that the human body should follow in sports, this paper constructs a reasonable frame of action that should appear in the body in different stages of the back jump, and on this basis, Zhang Guowei will collect the run-up and take off of Zhang Guowei. The data of cross pole and other stages are compared with the foreign elite athletes in order to find out their shortcomings in the technical movements of the back-type high jump. The conclusion is as follows: 1. Zhang Guowei, a Chinese male high jumper, has reached an excellent speed level in the run-up phase, but the speed loss rate is relatively high, and the inclination of the body during the last step of the run-up to the take-off process is relatively small. Ending the run-up with an approximate straight line is not conducive to the natural back-to-crossbar of the body after being vacated. Zhang Guowei, in the process of taking off, has a small swing speed of arms and swing legs, and a weak explosive force of the ankle joint. When taking off the ground, the swinging leg wobbled deliberately in the direction of the different shoulder and failed to maximize the ability of take-off. In the empty stage after the take-off, Zhang Guowei's swinging leg did not actively lower down, resulting in a small amplitude of the back bow during the period of the pole crossing. Affect the efficiency of the rod.
