在體育訓(xùn)練前后飲茶的作用研究

【摘要】:適當(dāng)飲茶對于體育訓(xùn)練前后恢復(fù)身體機(jī)能有許多好處,在我國,許多人將適當(dāng)飲茶當(dāng)作修身養(yǎng)性、養(yǎng)生保健的必要手段,飲茶的益處眾所周知。然而有一部分人認(rèn)為體育訓(xùn)練前后不宜飲茶。本文首先討論了運動后身體機(jī)能的特點,其次,討論了在體育訓(xùn)練前后飲茶的作用,最后討論了體育運動前后適當(dāng)飲茶應(yīng)注意事項。
[Abstract]:Proper tea drinking has many advantages for restoring physical function before and after physical training. In our country, many people regard proper tea drinking as a necessary means of self-cultivation and health care, and the benefits of tea drinking are well known. However, some people think that before and after physical training should not drink tea. This paper first discusses the characteristics of body function after exercise, secondly, discusses the function of tea drinking before and after physical training, and finally discusses the matters needing attention in proper tea drinking before and after physical exercise.
