【摘要】：2016年全國馬拉松有328場,參賽運動員共1708596人。馬拉松的盛行從而帶動了“路跑”運動的興起,“路跑”興起后迅速占領(lǐng)了高校市場,高校“路跑”社團(tuán)從2010年在高校開展,越來越火熱�！奥放堋边\動以其技術(shù)特點簡單、易掌握,運動場地、器材受限較少等優(yōu)勢,被高校學(xué)生廣泛認(rèn)可并接受。本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、統(tǒng)計分析法、邏輯分析法和問卷調(diào)查法,對貴陽市行政區(qū)內(nèi)的10所本科高�！奥放堋毙再|(zhì)的社團(tuán)情況和管理模式進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,找出其中的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,并為貴陽市行政區(qū)內(nèi)本科高校“路跑”社團(tuán)的成立和發(fā)展提出參考建議。研究結(jié)論表明:貴陽市行政區(qū)內(nèi)的10所本科高校,除了貴陽學(xué)院沒有類似“跑團(tuán)”性質(zhì)的社團(tuán),其他9所本科高校都有類似的社團(tuán)。貴州大學(xué)、貴州師范大學(xué)開展現(xiàn)狀較好,但同時與其他7所高校的“跑團(tuán)”一樣也存在較多問題。第一,“路跑”社團(tuán)管理現(xiàn)狀存在較大問題,管理人員配置短缺、會員數(shù)量不合理等。第二,活動開展不合理,活動開展形式過于單一缺乏趣味性,與外界的交流匱乏,造成會員失去大量社會實踐活動的機(jī)會。第三,社團(tuán)資源配置不合理,物質(zhì)資源、金融資源、關(guān)系資源等資源匱乏以及配置不合理現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重。建議對貴陽市行政區(qū)內(nèi)本科高�！芭軋F(tuán)”的管理運行模式進(jìn)行一定的改善,建議如下:u加強“路跑”社團(tuán)人力資源的優(yōu)化工作,“路跑”社團(tuán)會員分為核心會員與加強“路跑”社團(tuán)人力資源的優(yōu)化工作,“路跑”社團(tuán)會員分為核心會員與外圍非正式會員。優(yōu)化開展“路跑”活動的開展形式,“跑團(tuán)”的日常會員活動應(yīng)融入新穎積極的元素,給學(xué)生會員營造一個充滿活力的鍛煉氛圍,調(diào)動學(xué)生參與活動的積極性。加強拓寬社會實踐活動,與社會“跑團(tuán)”建立積極的合作伙伴關(guān)系,與優(yōu)秀的社會企業(yè)建立合作伙伴關(guān)系。加強與校內(nèi)社團(tuán)的交流,建立永久性合作伙伴關(guān)系,積極聯(lián)合開展活動,促進(jìn)學(xué)生之間交流,同時促進(jìn)高校“跑團(tuán)”的發(fā)展。通過與高�！芭軋F(tuán)”管理部門的溝通,得到管理部門的支持,利用校園廣播、校報、海報、新媒體(微信、直播等)等媒體積極宣傳高�！芭軋F(tuán)”,同時與高校社團(tuán)管理部門積極溝通,并合作探索科學(xué)的高�！芭軋F(tuán)”的管理新型模式。高�！芭軋F(tuán)”符合今后國家倡導(dǎo)發(fā)展的體育組織形式,貴陽市行政區(qū)內(nèi)的本科高校體育部門的主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo),給予政策上的大力支持。
[Abstract]:In 2016, there were 328 national marathons and 1708596 athletes. The popularity of marathon has led to the rise of "road running" movement. After the rise of "road running", it has quickly occupied the university market, and the university "road running" community has been more and more popular in colleges and universities since 2010. Because of its simple technical characteristics, easy to master, less limited sports space and equipment, "Road running" has been widely recognized and accepted by college students. This research mainly uses the literature data method, the statistical analysis method, the logic analysis method and the questionnaire survey method, carries on the questionnaire survey to the Guiyang administrative district "run" the nature society situation and the management pattern. To find out the internal relation, and to put forward some suggestions for the establishment and development of the "road running" community in Guiyang administrative region. The results show that the 10 undergraduate colleges and universities in Guiyang administrative region have similar associations except Guiyang College, which has no similar "runner-up" nature, and all the other 9 undergraduate colleges and universities have similar associations. Guizhou University and Guizhou normal University are developing well, but there are many problems as well as those of other 7 universities. First, there are some problems in the management of road running community, such as shortage of management staff, unreasonable number of members and so on. Second, the activities are unreasonable, the form of activities is too single and lack of interest, the communication with the outside world is scarce, resulting in members lose a large number of opportunities for social practice. Third, the allocation of community resources is unreasonable, material resources, financial resources, relationship resources and other resources are scarce and unreasonable allocation phenomenon is more serious. It is suggested that the management and operation mode of "running group" in the undergraduate colleges and universities in Guiyang administrative region should be improved to some extent, and the following suggestions should be made to strengthen the optimization of human resources of the "road running" community as follows. "Road running" club members are divided into core members and strengthening the "road running" community human resources optimization work, "road running" community members are divided into core members and outside informal members. In order to optimize the development form of "road running" activities, the daily members' activities of "running groups" should be integrated into new and positive elements, so as to create a vigorous exercise atmosphere for students and arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in the activities. Strengthen and broaden social practice activities, establish positive partnership with social "running group" and establish cooperative partnership with outstanding social enterprises. Strengthen the exchange with the school community, establish the permanent cooperative partnership, carry out the activities jointly, promote the exchange among the students, and promote the development of the "running group" in colleges and universities at the same time. Through the communication with the management department of the "runaway group" in colleges and universities, and with the support of the management department, using the media such as campus radio, school newspaper, posters, new media (WeChat, live broadcast, etc.) to actively promote the "running group" of colleges and universities, At the same time, it communicates actively with the management department of university community, and collaborates to explore the new management mode of scientific "running group" in colleges and universities. In accordance with the form of sports organization advocated and developed by the state in the future, the leaders of the physical education department of the undergraduate colleges and universities in Guiyang administrative region give strong support to the policy.
