廣州市校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:隨著中國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)和事業(yè)的發(fā)展,除了在學(xué)校體育教學(xué),校外體育培訓(xùn)就如雨后春筍般蓬勃發(fā)展起來了。本文就是針對廣州市校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題,通過調(diào)查和研究,探索能夠讓廣州市校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)更有利發(fā)展的策略,以便對廣州市校外青少年培訓(xùn)未來發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。本文主要通過文獻資料法、專家訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法等,對目前廣州市校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查。研究表明如下:1.目前,廣州校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)種類有個人名義承包、公司名義承包、合作名義經(jīng)營三種運行方式;以個人名義承包占了絕大多數(shù)。個人名義承包是沒有得到相關(guān)行政管理部門的審批,給廣州市校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場制造無序和混亂。2.辦學(xué)目的絕大多數(shù)是不明確或者不完善;培訓(xùn)的場地器材硬件設(shè)施基本能夠滿足學(xué)生和家長們的需求。教練員的選聘制度和績效標(biāo)準有待提高,管理人員對教練員崗位培訓(xùn)和工作情況考核制度有待完善。3.無相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準的文件,市場入門檻較低,出現(xiàn)亂定價收費的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場的混亂;缺乏高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)產(chǎn)品。4.社會對廣州市校外青少年籃球培訓(xùn)的需求明顯,參與培訓(xùn)的學(xué)員性別男多女少,家長傳統(tǒng)思想觀念導(dǎo)致極少數(shù)的女學(xué)員參與培訓(xùn);家長們讓學(xué)員參與籃球培訓(xùn)的最主要動機是學(xué)員的身心健康得到發(fā)展和提高,選擇培訓(xùn)首要因素考慮的是離家距離遠近,方便與安全進行籃球培訓(xùn)。學(xué)員家長較重視機構(gòu)的合法地位、教練員的教學(xué)培訓(xùn)能力以及自身的場地器材硬件設(shè)備。5.教練員以男性為主,整體年齡趨于年輕化,兼職性質(zhì)占絕大多數(shù),學(xué)歷情況與運動技能情況較能被社會認可,教練員流動性大;教練員教學(xué)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容和形式多樣化,但質(zhì)量達不到機構(gòu)學(xué)員和家長的要求。根據(jù)存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對策:1.建立科學(xué)合理的激勵和績效評價制度,強化培訓(xùn)師資力量。2.研發(fā)形式多樣、內(nèi)容豐富的籃球高質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)服務(wù)產(chǎn)品。3.提高培訓(xùn)進入市場的門檻,建立完善的法律法規(guī)。4.拓寬宣傳招生的渠道,保障信息真實有效。5.擇優(yōu)培訓(xùn)點,美化教學(xué)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the development of sports industry and career in China, in addition to physical education in schools, physical training has sprung up. This paper is aimed at the present situation and existing problems of basketball training for teenagers outside Guangzhou, and through investigation and research, it explores the strategies that can make the basketball training of teenagers outside Guangzhou more favorable for the development. In order to provide a reference for the future development of youth training outside Guangzhou. This paper investigates the present situation of basketball training of teenagers in Guangzhou by means of literature, expert interview and questionnaire survey. The study shows the following: 1: 1. At present, there are three kinds of operating modes of basketball training outside Guangzhou: individual contract, company contract and cooperative operation. The majority of them are contracted in the name of individual. Individual name contract is not approved by relevant administrative departments, creating disorder and confusion. Most of the aims are not clear or perfect, and the training facilities can meet the needs of students and parents. The system of coaches' selection and employment and performance standards need to be improved, and the system of managers' on-the-job training and evaluation of work conditions need to be improved. There is no relevant industry standard documents, the market entry threshold is lower, the phenomenon of arbitrary pricing fees, resulting in out-of-school youth basketball training market chaos; lack of high-quality service products. 4. The social demand for basketball training of teenagers outside Guangzhou is obvious, the gender of participants is more male than female, and the traditional ideas of parents lead to a very small number of female students to participate in the training; The most important motivation for parents to take part in basketball training is the development and improvement of students' physical and mental health. The most important factor in choosing training is distance from home, convenience and safety for basketball training. Students' parents pay more attention to the legal status of the organization, coaches' teaching and training ability and their own site equipment hardware equipment. 5. Coaches are mainly male, the whole age tends to be younger, part-time nature accounts for the vast majority, educational background and sports skills can be recognized by the society, coaches mobility, coaches teaching and training content and forms of diversity, However, the quality does not meet the requirements of school students and parents. According to the existing problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures: 1. Establish a scientific and reasonable incentive and performance evaluation system, strengthen the training of teachers. 2. Research and development of various forms, rich content basketball high quality training service product. 3. Raise the threshold of training into the market and establish perfect laws and regulations. Broaden the channels of publicity and enrollment to ensure that the information is true and effective. 5. Select the best training point and beautify the teaching environment.
