對(duì)2014—2016年世界啦啦操錦標(biāo)賽技巧啦啦操優(yōu)秀成套編排的研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)風(fēng)靡全球,受到廣泛關(guān)注,而隨著ICU國(guó)際啦啦操聯(lián)合會(huì)通過(guò)國(guó)際單項(xiàng)體育聯(lián)合會(huì)的認(rèn)證和國(guó)際奧委會(huì)的認(rèn)可,啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)必將迎來(lái)新一輪的井噴式發(fā)展。而技巧啦啦操以其獨(dú)特的技巧性、競(jìng)技性、藝術(shù)性和團(tuán)隊(duì)感染力尤其深受廣大青少年的喜愛(ài)。近年來(lái)在國(guó)家體育總局的推廣下,技巧啦啦操項(xiàng)目得到了大力推廣,參與人數(shù)越來(lái)越多,但相較于美國(guó)、日本等啦啦操?gòu)?qiáng)國(guó)相差甚遠(yuǎn),而且在世界性比賽中我國(guó)甚至無(wú)法派出技巧啦啦操項(xiàng)目參賽,足以引起我們的深思。如何解決在發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,與世界接軌,通過(guò)對(duì)2014--2016年世界啦啦操錦標(biāo)賽技巧啦啦操前三名優(yōu)秀成套編排的研究,從中找出一些有價(jià)值的的編排理念和元素,力爭(zhēng)為我國(guó)教練員創(chuàng)編優(yōu)秀的成套以及對(duì)項(xiàng)目有進(jìn)一步的理解盡一些微薄之力。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像分析法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和對(duì)比分析法對(duì)2014-2016年世界啦啦操錦標(biāo)賽技巧啦啦操前三名高水平隊(duì)伍成套進(jìn)行分析研究,分別從成套動(dòng)作的難度、動(dòng)作過(guò)渡方式、難度設(shè)計(jì)合理性及成套編排中的口號(hào)、音樂(lè)、空間及隊(duì)形等方面進(jìn)行了全方位的分析得出:托舉動(dòng)作中單臂雙腳、雙臂單腳兩類動(dòng)為編排重點(diǎn),過(guò)渡方式以翻騰和直接方式組合且難度設(shè)計(jì)較為合理;金字塔動(dòng)作以2-2-1型金字塔和2-1-1型金字塔為主,過(guò)渡方式以翻騰和直接組合方式為主,旋空翻、轉(zhuǎn)體類過(guò)渡動(dòng)作也在逐年增加;拋接動(dòng)作以拋接旋空翻姿態(tài)為主,水平較高且難度設(shè)計(jì)合理,拋接密集且以多組集體拋接為主,但隊(duì)形變化較為單一,姿態(tài)拋較少,整體編排較為合理;原地翻騰波多黎各隊(duì)和中華臺(tái)北隊(duì)參與人數(shù)居多,但美國(guó)隊(duì)完成旋空翻的參與人數(shù)最多;行進(jìn)間翻騰各國(guó)均有較為密集的翻騰設(shè)計(jì),以毽子小翻旋空翻難度為主,整體過(guò)渡較為緊湊,難度編排合理;口號(hào)內(nèi)容基本結(jié)合隊(duì)伍特色,整體而言趨于簡(jiǎn)單化,基本結(jié)合自己國(guó)家的母語(yǔ)而設(shè)計(jì),輔助動(dòng)作設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單,選取數(shù)量和語(yǔ)速均較適中;音樂(lè)風(fēng)格的選取多以美式混音音樂(lè)為主,各隊(duì)音樂(lè)速度基本保持在148-152BPM"min,音樂(lè)素材選取基本都超過(guò)10次;場(chǎng)地空間的編排主要以高空空間設(shè)計(jì)和地面空間設(shè)計(jì)為主,成套編排主要以難度動(dòng)作為主,隊(duì)形編排較為單一,沒(méi)有過(guò)多的舞蹈操化動(dòng)作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cheerleading has become popular all over the world and received extensive attention. With the approval of the ICU international cheerleading federation through the International Sports Federation and the International Olympic Committee, the cheerleading movement is bound to usher in a new round of blowout development. With its unique skill, competition, artistry and team appeal, it is especially popular among teenagers. In recent years, thanks to the promotion of the State General Administration of Sports, the project of skills and cheerleading has been vigorously promoted, and the number of participants has increased, but compared with the United States, Japan and so on are quite different from the powerful countries of cheerleading and cheerleading. Moreover, in the world competition, our country can not even send out the skill cheerleading event to participate, enough to cause us to ponder. How to solve the problems in the development, to connect with the world, through the study of the top three excellent choreographs of the world cheerleading championships in 2014-2016, to find out some valuable choreography ideas and elements. Strive to create excellent sets for our coaches and to further understand the project to do some modest. This paper analyzes and studies the complete sets of the top three high-level teams in the world cheerleading championships from 2014 to 2016 by using the methods of literature, video analysis, expert interview, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, respectively from the difficulty of the complete sets of movements. The mode of movement transition, the rationality of difficulty design, the slogan in complete arrangement, the music, space and formation, etc., are analyzed in all directions. It is concluded that the movement of one arm foot and two arms one foot in the lifting action is the emphasis of the arrangement. The transition mode is composed of flip and direct, and the difficulty design is reasonable, the pyramid is mainly composed of 2-2-1 pyramid and 2-1-1 pyramid, the transition mode is mainly flip and direct combination, and the rotation is somersault. The transition action of rotation type is also increasing year by year, the throwing action is mainly in the attitude of somersault, the level is high and the design is reasonable, the throwing is dense and is mainly composed of several groups of collective throwing, but the formation change is relatively single, and the attitude throwing is less. The overall arrangement is more reasonable; the number of participants of the Puerto Rico team and the Chinese Taipei team is in the majority, but the United States team has the largest number of participants who have completed the turn-over. During the march, each country has a more intensive rolling design. Shuttlecock small turn over the main difficulty, the overall transition is more compact, the difficulty arrangement is reasonable; the slogan content is basically combined with the characteristics of the team, the overall tend to simplify, basically combined with their native language and design, the auxiliary action design is simple, The selection of music style is mainly American mixed music, the music speed of each team is basically kept in 148-152BPM, and the selection of music material is more than 10 times. The layout of the site space is mainly the upper space design and the ground space design, the complete arrangement mainly is the difficulty movement, the formation arrangement is relatively single, does not have too many dance exercises movement.
