【摘要】：本文以淄博市健身俱樂部教練為研究對(duì)象，采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法，對(duì)淄博市健身俱樂部教練的基本情況、職業(yè)素質(zhì)、教練行業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題三方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析，對(duì)提高淄博市健身俱樂部教練的職業(yè)素質(zhì)的途徑進(jìn)行總結(jié)，為使淄博市健身俱樂部教練行業(yè)得到良性發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)。得出以下結(jié)論： 1、基本情況方面，淄博市健身俱樂部教練隊(duì)伍呈現(xiàn)年輕化，不夠成熟；男性教練明顯多于女性教練，重點(diǎn)缺少女性教練；教練學(xué)歷層次不高，缺乏高學(xué)歷、高素質(zhì)教練；教練任職年限普遍太短，缺乏指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；資格認(rèn)證混亂單一；參加培訓(xùn)次數(shù)太少；教練收入狀況不錯(cuò)，對(duì)薪酬滿意度較高。 2、職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)方面，對(duì)職業(yè)理想的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠，但評(píng)價(jià)較高；對(duì)職業(yè)態(tài)度和職業(yè)責(zé)任的認(rèn)識(shí)程度很高，且得到基本滿意的評(píng)價(jià)。 3、職業(yè)知識(shí)素質(zhì)方面，對(duì)基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)和專業(yè)技能知識(shí)的認(rèn)識(shí)程度很高，但掌握情況一般，對(duì)相關(guān)輔助知識(shí)的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠，且掌握情況較差。 4、職業(yè)能力素質(zhì)方面，除了創(chuàng)新能力，其他各項(xiàng)專業(yè)能力均受到較高程度的認(rèn)識(shí)，動(dòng)作講解、示范能力和保護(hù)幫助能力掌握較好，對(duì)其他各項(xiàng)專業(yè)能力的掌握則有待提高，尤其是創(chuàng)新能力和急救能力。 5、職業(yè)形象素質(zhì)方面，淄博市健身俱樂部教練的言行舉止還不夠規(guī)范，對(duì)健身會(huì)員的親和力還不夠到位。 6、存在問(wèn)題方面，，缺乏高素質(zhì)、高學(xué)歷教練和教練培訓(xùn)機(jī)制不完善是存在的兩大重要問(wèn)題，且其他問(wèn)題同樣不容忽視。
[Abstract]:This article takes the Zibo fitness club coach as the research object, uses the literature material method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the logic analysis method, the mathematical statistics method, the Zibo fitness club coach basic situation, the profession quality, The problems existing in the coaching industry are investigated and analyzed in three aspects, and the ways to improve the professional quality of the fitness club coaches in Zibo City are summarized, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the healthy development of the fitness club coaches industry in Zibo City. Draw the following conclusions: 1, the basic situation, Zibo City fitness club coaches are younger, not mature; male coaches are obviously more than female coaches, the focus is lack of female coaches; coach education level is not high, Lack of high education, high quality coaches; coaches are generally too short of tenure, lack of guidance experience, qualification is confused and single, the number of times to participate in training is too small, coach income is good, (2) higher degree of satisfaction with salary. 2. In terms of professional ethics, the understanding of professional ideal is not enough, but the evaluation is high, and the level of understanding of professional attitude and responsibility is very high. And get a basic satisfactory evaluation. 3. In terms of professional knowledge quality, the level of understanding of basic theoretical knowledge and professional skills knowledge is very high, but the situation is general, and the knowledge of relevant auxiliary knowledge is not enough. 4. In terms of professional competence and quality, in addition to innovative ability, all other professional abilities have been better grasped by a higher degree of understanding, action explanation, demonstration ability and protection and help ability. The mastery of other professional abilities needs to be improved, especially the ability of innovation and first aid. 5. In terms of professional image quality, the words and deeds of the coaches of Zibo fitness club are not standardized enough. The affinity of fitness members is not enough. 6. In terms of problems, the lack of high quality, high-quality coaches and coach training mechanism are two important problems, and other problems can not be ignored.
