【摘要】：賽事結(jié)構(gòu)是賽事系統(tǒng)化發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物,是賽事組合的整體呈現(xiàn),賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的研究對我國競技體育管理機制改革具有重要意義,有利于政府對競技體育賽事進行宏觀調(diào)控和監(jiān)督。本文選取了我國奧運會傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢項目——羽毛球的全國性賽事結(jié)構(gòu)作為研究對象,利用帕森斯的結(jié)構(gòu)功能理論為基礎(chǔ),分析全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的組成和功能現(xiàn)狀,試圖尋找全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問題,通過專家訪談和數(shù)據(jù)分析,提出影響全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)功能發(fā)揮的因素,基于AGIL模型從功能實現(xiàn)的角度提出全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的建議和意見。本文共分為九個部分,圍繞著結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的相關(guān)關(guān)系進行研究。第一部分介紹了競技體育賽事結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的整體背景和我國羽毛球賽事發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對研究背景進行了簡要的介紹,同時對研究目的和研究意義進行簡單介紹;第二部分對研究對象和方法進行了梳理,將研究對象定為全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)即由各類全國性羽毛球賽事組合而成的有機整體,并對文獻資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法、案例分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法在文中的應(yīng)用做了簡單的介紹;第三部分是文獻綜述部分,這部分對我國賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的整體演進過程做了介紹,尋找賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的演進規(guī)律。文獻綜述中還包括競技體育發(fā)展中功能轉(zhuǎn)變、賽事改革的介紹,在文獻綜述的最后一部分則對結(jié)構(gòu)功能理論和賽事結(jié)構(gòu)研究進行介紹,為后續(xù)羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)和范式參照;第四部分對國際網(wǎng)球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的案例分析,得出國際網(wǎng)球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)層級明顯、結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部聯(lián)系緊密、結(jié)構(gòu)的開放程度較高、結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展等現(xiàn)狀特征。第五部分是對競技體育賽事、全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)進行概念的界定,同時對全國性羽毛球賽事的發(fā)展歷程進行介紹,將全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展分為三個不同階段即賽事起步期(1949—1959)、賽事結(jié)構(gòu)布局期(1960—1990)、賽事結(jié)構(gòu)改革與發(fā)展期(1991—),對全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的成長規(guī)律進行把握;。第六部分采用德爾菲法和層次分析法對全國性羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)功能實現(xiàn)的影響因素進行權(quán)重和重要性排名,得出影響賽事結(jié)構(gòu)功能發(fā)揮的主要因素。第七部分分析全國性羽毛球結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問題,如結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部的關(guān)聯(lián)性較低、結(jié)構(gòu)層次不明顯、結(jié)構(gòu)開放程度較低等問題;第八部分則從改善適應(yīng)功能、維持目標(biāo)達成功能、提高整合功能、增強模式維持功能等四個方面結(jié)合國際網(wǎng)球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)的啟示和影響羽毛球結(jié)構(gòu)功能發(fā)揮的因素對我國羽毛球賽事結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問題提出優(yōu)化建議。最后一章研究結(jié)論,對本文研究的總結(jié)并指出研究中的不足。
[Abstract]:The competition structure is the inevitable outcome of the systematic development of the event and the overall presentation of the match combination. The study of the competition structure is of great significance to the reform of the management mechanism of competitive sports in China. Is advantageous to the government carries on the macroscopic control and the supervision to the competitive sports competition. Based on Parsons' theory of structure and function, this paper selects the national competition structure of badminton, which is the traditional advantage event of Olympic Games in China, as the research object, and analyzes the composition and function status of the national badminton event structure. This paper tries to find out the problems existing in the structure of national badminton events, and through expert interviews and data analysis, puts forward the factors that affect the function of the structure of national badminton events. Based on the AGIL model, the suggestions and suggestions on optimizing the structure of national badminton events are put forward from the point of view of function realization. This paper is divided into nine parts, focusing on the relationship between structure and function. The first part introduces the overall background of the development of the structure of competitive sports events and the current situation of the development of badminton events in China, a brief introduction to the research background, at the same time, the purpose and significance of the research are briefly introduced. In the second part, the research object and method are sorted out, and the research object is defined as the organic whole composed of all kinds of national badminton events, and the methods of literature, expert interview, logic analysis, etc. The application of case analysis and mathematical statistics in this paper is briefly introduced. The third part is the literature review part. This part introduces the overall evolution process of the competition structure in China to find the evolution law of the competition structure. In the last part of the literature review, the author introduces the theory of structure and function and the research of competition structure. It lays a theoretical foundation and paradigm reference for the subsequent study of badminton competition structure. The fourth part of the international tennis tournament structure case analysis, draw the international tennis tournament structure level is obvious, the structure is closely linked, The opening degree of the structure is high and the structure is developing stably. The fifth part is to define the concept of competitive sports events, national badminton tournament structure, and at the same time to introduce the development of national badminton events. The development of the national badminton tournament structure is divided into three different stages: the starting stage (1949-1959), the competition structure layout period (1960-1990) and the competition structure reform and development period (1991-). The sixth part uses Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to rank the influencing factors of the realization of the structure and function of the national badminton tournament, and get the main factors that affect the performance of the structure and function of the national badminton tournament. The seventh part analyzes the problems existing in the national badminton structure, such as the low correlation within the structure, the low level of structure, the low degree of structural openness, etc. The eighth part is to improve the adaptive function and maintain the function of achieving the goal. Four aspects, such as improving the integration function and enhancing the mode maintenance function, combined with the inspiration of the structure of the international tennis tournament and the factors affecting the exertion of the badminton structure function, put forward some suggestions to optimize the problems existing in the badminton competition structure of our country. In the last chapter, the conclusion of this paper is summarized and the deficiency of the research is pointed out.
