【摘要】：隨著世界范圍內(nèi)泰拳學(xué)練熱潮的興起,我國(guó)的泰拳運(yùn)動(dòng)也如雨后春筍般的發(fā)展起來,也受到人們?cè)絹碓蕉嗟年P(guān)注。近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)泰拳運(yùn)動(dòng)的俱樂部在大環(huán)境的引導(dǎo)下得到了快速而廣泛的開展,可是,在普及發(fā)展階段仍然也存有一些制約我國(guó)泰拳項(xiàng)目進(jìn)一步普及與發(fā)展的潛在因素,無序競(jìng)爭(zhēng),行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模糊,師資力量水平較低,收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一等問題也隨之出現(xiàn)。本論文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地訪談、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,對(duì)我國(guó)泰拳俱樂部進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的調(diào)研,旨在促進(jìn)泰拳運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國(guó)迅速健康的發(fā)展。研究的主要結(jié)論如下:我國(guó)泰拳俱樂部發(fā)展迅速;俱樂部主要有社團(tuán)型和有企業(yè)型兩種形式,俱樂部總體狀況呈現(xiàn)出數(shù)量較多,規(guī)模偏小,分布不均,設(shè)施匱乏的特點(diǎn);我國(guó)泰拳俱樂部的管理人員整體業(yè)務(wù)水平和基本能力還有待進(jìn)一步的提升,管理機(jī)構(gòu)需要進(jìn)一步完善;目前俱樂部的運(yùn)動(dòng)員主要的招生方式主要存在于其他的項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)移和各隊(duì)自己培養(yǎng)的方式,運(yùn)動(dòng)員來源渠道不夠暢通;俱樂部缺乏統(tǒng)一的教學(xué)大綱和正規(guī)的訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃,俱樂部經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理方面的人才匱乏,師資力量薄弱,教練隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì)偏低,而且?guī)熧Y隊(duì)伍不夠穩(wěn)定;泰拳練習(xí)者的練習(xí)目的以職業(yè)訓(xùn)練為主,泰拳文化內(nèi)涵的教育相對(duì)匱;我國(guó)泰拳俱樂部主要存在的主要問題集中在管理問題、經(jīng)營(yíng)問題、運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練等方面;我國(guó)泰拳俱樂部的發(fā)展對(duì)策主要有:加強(qiáng)對(duì)泰拳俱樂部的監(jiān)管力度和扶持力度、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模、加強(qiáng)國(guó)家泰拳俱樂部的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)管理、建立權(quán)威的俱樂部?jī)?nèi)部管理與評(píng)價(jià)體系、爭(zhēng)取合理的等級(jí)制度、舉辦全國(guó)的泰拳教練員培訓(xùn)班等等;建議加強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)泰拳項(xiàng)目的組織建設(shè),建立完善的拳教練員、裁判員的培訓(xùn)、考核考核、等級(jí)制度;將全國(guó)泰拳比賽納入到運(yùn)動(dòng)員等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系;建立有序的國(guó)內(nèi)高水平賽事,給更多運(yùn)動(dòng)員、俱樂部創(chuàng)造更多鍛煉學(xué)、學(xué)習(xí)、進(jìn)步的機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:With the rise of the upsurge of learning and practice of Thai boxing in the world, the movement of Thai boxing in our country has also sprung up and received more and more attention. In recent years, the clubs of the domestic Thai boxing movement have been carried out quickly and extensively under the guidance of the general environment. However, in the stage of popularization and development, there are still some potential factors restricting the further popularization and development of the Thai boxing projects in our country, disorderly competition. Industry standards are vague, teachers are low, fees vary and so on. In this paper, comprehensive use of literature, questionnaire, field interviews, data statistics and other research methods, in-depth and meticulous investigation of Chinese Thai boxing clubs, aimed at promoting the rapid and healthy development of Thai boxing in China. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: the development of Thai boxing clubs in our country is rapid; there are two types of clubs: community type and enterprise type. The overall situation of clubs is characterized by a large number, small scale, uneven distribution and lack of facilities. The overall business level and basic ability of the management staff of the Thai boxing club in our country need to be further improved, and the management organization needs to be further improved. At present, the main enrollment methods of the athletes of the club mainly exist in other projects transfer and the way of each team's own training, the channel of the athletes' source is not clear enough; the club lacks the unified teaching outline and the formal training plan. Club management and management of the lack of talent, weak teachers, the overall quality of the coaching team is low, and the contingent of teachers is not stable, the purpose of practicing Thai boxing practitioners is mainly vocational training, the education of cultural connotation of Thai boxing is relatively short; The main problems of Chinese Thai boxing clubs focus on management problems, athletes training and so on. The development countermeasures of Chinese Thai boxing clubs include: strengthening the supervision and support of Thai boxing clubs, Changing the scale of management, strengthening the construction and management of the national Thai boxing club, establishing an authoritative internal management and evaluation system of the club, striving for a reasonable hierarchy system, holding a national training course for Thai boxing coaches and so on; It is suggested to strengthen the organization and construction of domestic Thai boxing events, to establish perfect boxing coaches, referees' training, assessment and grading system; to bring the national Thai boxing competition into the athletes' grade standard system; to establish an orderly domestic high-level competition. To more athletes, clubs to create more opportunities for exercise, learning, progress.
