南京市校園足球特色學校評估體系的構建研究
[Abstract]:In December 2014, in order to implement the spirit of the video teleconference on campus football work for young people throughout the country, The General Office of the Ministry of Education has formulated the basic Standards for the National School of Campus Football characteristics (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard"), and selected a number of schools with special characteristics of campus football in the whole country. Because the standard itself is not detailed enough, as its administrative department is still in the groping stage when it evaluates, approves and sets up the school with special characteristics of campus football, the evaluation index system and the evaluation standard are not perfect enough, and a complete system has not been formed. In addition, there is a lack of a scientific evaluation index system on how to correctly guide the healthy development of campus football characteristic schools. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a set of logical and scientific school evaluation index system with campus football characteristics to ensure the smooth development of campus football activities, which is the reason why this subject chooses to study this problem. In this paper, the literature method, Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and mathematical statistics method are used to study the relevant documents, and the evaluation index system of Nanjing campus football characteristic school has been preliminarily completed, and the evaluation standard has been formulated. At the same time, two schools with football characteristics in Nanjing were randomly selected for field evaluation to verify the feasibility of applying the evaluation index system constructed in this paper. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the characteristic school of campus football refers to that the school is led by the education department, assisted by the sports department, and is inclined to the football hardware and software resources, aiming at expanding the reserve talent base of Chinese football. Primary and secondary schools selected nationwide to popularize the level of national football. (2) using Delphi method to screen primary evaluation indicators, and finally determining three first-level indicators, namely "job security", "job advancement" and "job performance". The secondary indicators include "teaching staff", "education and teaching" and "campus football cultural atmosphere construction" and so on. The third level indicators include "at least one football teacher", "the school has classes, grade", and so on, the second level index includes "the teaching staff", "the education teaching" and "the campus football culture atmosphere construction", etc. "School Football team" and "developing School-based Curriculum of Campus Football based on the actual situation of the School" are 34 third-level indicators. (3) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight coefficient, among which the "work to advance" is the most important index. The proportion is 0.4412, of which "education and teaching" is the most important, and the proportion is 0.1734. The three-level index "ensuring one football class per week in compulsory education and setting up football elective course in senior high school" is the most important. The proportion is 0.0788. (4) through the field test and evaluation, it is shown that the overall performance of campus football activities in two characteristic schools of Nanjing campus is good, the deficiency lies in the lack of corresponding policies and measures of safety, management, encouragement and encouragement; Schools focus on sports performance, ignoring the popularity of campus football to football population. Some suggestions are put forward: the evaluation index system and the evaluation standard can be used as reference for the department in charge of Nanjing campus football characteristic school in evaluating, approving and setting up new campus football characteristic school; It can also be used as a reference in evaluating the Nanjing Campus Football characteristic School, which has already been established, and correctly guide the development of the Campus Football characteristic School. Give full play to the campus football characteristic school in the football reserve talent training and football popularizing the leading and demonstration role.
