【摘要】：我國(guó)跳水成績(jī)?cè)谑澜缟厦星懊?中國(guó)健兒在奧運(yùn)會(huì)上所取得的成績(jī)是與我國(guó)后備人才的培養(yǎng)息息相關(guān)的,尤其是三線(xiàn)后備人才的努力付出,人才的輸送,為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)出棟梁。河北省是我國(guó)大省,曾為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)很多優(yōu)秀的跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員,代表人物郭晶晶雅典奧運(yùn)會(huì)金牌,這也是河北跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的高峰階段;目前,河北省跳水項(xiàng)目存在諸多問(wèn)題,運(yùn)動(dòng)員選材問(wèn)題、教練員問(wèn)題以及跳水場(chǎng)館設(shè)施問(wèn)題等一系列問(wèn)題影響著河北省跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展。本課題的研究通過(guò)對(duì)河北省各地市業(yè)余體校跳水隊(duì)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,指出河北省業(yè)余體校跳水教練所存在的不足,即教練員缺乏,尤其是具備多年教練經(jīng)驗(yàn)、運(yùn)動(dòng)經(jīng)歷、科研能力強(qiáng)的教練少;河北省業(yè)余體校跳水場(chǎng)館設(shè)施簡(jiǎn)陋,只有簡(jiǎn)單的陸上訓(xùn)練設(shè)施,有的業(yè)余體校以體操房作為跳水訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)所,只有在比賽前各地市業(yè)余體校跳水隊(duì)員到省隊(duì)進(jìn)行跳水實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練;運(yùn)動(dòng)員的人才選拔在方法、手段、途徑簡(jiǎn)單單一,人才得選拔只局限于城市或訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)館附近范圍,再加上學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾和人才成功率低,使得人才流失嚴(yán)重,等原因運(yùn)動(dòng)員比較少,身體素質(zhì)比較差;資金問(wèn)題是業(yè)余體校跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,跳水場(chǎng)館的建設(shè)與維護(hù),跳水池的水的定期更換等,都需要資金的支持,資金來(lái)源單一,只是以為的政府撥款,很難滿(mǎn)足需求;另外相關(guān)部門(mén)的重視程度不夠也是影響業(yè)余體校發(fā)展的重要因素之一。本課題采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法等方法,對(duì)河北省跳水業(yè)余體校狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,通過(guò)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,找出河北省跳水業(yè)余體校存在的問(wèn)題與不足之處,根據(jù)所存在的問(wèn)題提出策略,為河北省跳水業(yè)余體校的發(fā)展提出寶貴意見(jiàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)河北省跳水業(yè)余體校跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的的現(xiàn)狀以及對(duì)相關(guān)資料的查閱,得出以下結(jié)論:1、河北省跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地設(shè)施簡(jiǎn)陋,教練員人員少,隊(duì)員選拔難度大;但是河北省跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)在全國(guó)所取得了非常優(yōu)秀的成績(jī)與教練員的努力是分不開(kāi)的。2、河北省各業(yè)余體校體育場(chǎng)館只有秦皇島市有跳水館,是借用省體工隊(duì)跳水場(chǎng)地,另外滄州跳水館至今閑置,其它地市均無(wú)跳水館。石家莊和唐山有陸上訓(xùn)練館,保定借用體操房進(jìn)行陸上訓(xùn)練。3、河北省跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)渠道單一,選材途徑、方法簡(jiǎn)單;運(yùn)動(dòng)員年齡以12歲以下為主,初訓(xùn)年齡為6.61歲;運(yùn)動(dòng)員的來(lái)源以城市為主。影響跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員學(xué)習(xí)的主要因素時(shí)間不足、學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)差和訓(xùn)練太累;影響訓(xùn)練的因素訓(xùn)練時(shí)間不足、基本功差和身體素質(zhì)差。4、河北省跳水教練員以省隊(duì)退役人員為主,有一定的訓(xùn)練經(jīng)歷,年齡結(jié)構(gòu)基本合理,以女性為主,執(zhí)教年限比較低,學(xué)歷以本科為主;教練員收入低;科研方面不太樂(lè)觀,教練員參加培訓(xùn)少,高級(jí)別的培訓(xùn)更少。5、教練員的選材重視機(jī)體機(jī)能和身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo),忽略了心理指標(biāo)和一般身體檢查;運(yùn)動(dòng)員的日常管理以集中為主。
[Abstract]:China's diving achievements are among the best in the world. The achievements of the Chinese athletes in the Olympic Games are closely related to the training of the reserve talents in China, especially the efforts of the three line reserve personnel, the transportation of talents and the pillar of the country. The Hebei province is a big province of our country and has trained many outstanding divers for the country. Guo Jingjing Athens Olympic gold medal, which is also the peak stage of the development of Hebei diving. At present, there are many problems in the diving project of Hebei Province, the problem of athlete selection, the problem of coaches and the facilities of the dive facilities and other problems affect the development of the diving in Hebei Province. The research of this subject has passed to Hebei province. The current situation of the amateur sports school diving team in various cities is investigated, and the shortcomings of the diving coach of the amateur sports school in Hebei province are pointed out, that is, the coaches lack the coaches, especially the coaches with many years of coach experience, sports experience and scientific research ability; the facilities of the diving gymnasiums of the amateur sports school in Hebei province are simple and simple, only the simple land training facilities and some amateur bodies are available. Only the loss of the serious athletes, such as fewer athletes, poor physical quality; capital problem is the key to the development of the amateur sports school diving, the construction and maintenance of the diving stadiums and the diving pool, the regular replacement of the water in the diving pool, and so on, all need the support of funds, the source of funds is single, but it is difficult to meet the demand by the government appropriation; in addition, related departments The lack of attention is also one of the important factors that affect the development of amateur sports schools. This subject uses the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the status of the amateur sports school in Hebei province. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation, the problems and shortcomings of the amateur sports school in Hebei province are found. At the same time, put forward the strategy according to the existing problems, and put forward valuable advice for the development of Hebei diving amateur sports school. Through the current situation of diving sports project of Hebei diving amateur sports school and the reference of related materials, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, the facilities of the diving sports field in Hebei province are simple, the coaches are few, and the selection difficulty of the players is difficult. Big, but Hebei province dive movement in the country has achieved very excellent results and the coaches' efforts are inseparable from the.2, Hebei provincial sports sports school sports stadium only has the Qinhuangdao diving hall, is the use of the province body team diving field, and the Cangzhou diving hall is idle, other cities have no diving hall. Shijiazhuang and Tangshan have land. In the training hall, Baoding uses a gymnastic room to train.3 on land, and the training channels of divers in Hebei are single, the way of material selection is simple; the age of the athletes is under 12 years of age, and the initial training age is 6.61 years old. The main source of the athletes is city. The main factors that affect the learning of the divers are insufficient time, poor basic learning and too much training. The factors that affect the training are inadequate training time, poor basic work and poor physical quality.4. The Hebei diving coaches are mainly the retired personnel of the provincial team. There are some training experiences. The age structure is basically reasonable. The age structure is mainly female, the period of teaching is low, the educational background is based on the undergraduate course; the coaches' income is low; the scientific research is not too optimistic, the coach takes part. The training is less, the advanced training is less.5, the coach's selection of the body and body quality index, the psychological index and the general physical examination are ignored, and the athletes' daily management is mainly concentrated.
