河北科技學(xué)院足球教學(xué)方法改革研究
[Abstract]:In 2002, the country revised the outline of physical Education Teaching in National Colleges and Universities, pointed out the direction of the development of PE teaching in the future of the country, and put forward new requirements for the football teaching of the students of colleges and universities throughout the country. In order to meet the new requirements of the outline, according to the problems in the implementation of football teaching in Hebei Institute of Science and Technology, and combined with the practical experience of football teaching, this paper discusses the methods and means of football teaching in accordance with the actual situation. Make the form of classroom organization more close to the theme of football teaching reform in colleges and universities, cultivate students' interest, improve the enthusiasm and team consciousness of students' classroom activities, and make students form a good habit of lifelong physical exercise. To promote the development of campus football activities, at the same time for other colleges and universities in Hebei Province football teaching reference and reference. Teaching method plays a very important role in football teaching. It is an effective way to achieve the goal of classroom teaching and accomplish the task of classroom teaching, which directly affects the teaching efficiency of football class. If the teaching method is used correctly, students will practice in class, improve their interest in football, improve their enthusiasm in football practice, and accomplish the task of teaching football effectively. Otherwise, it will backfire. In this study, the students of football elective course in Hebei University of Science and Technology were taken as the research objects, and the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on were used. This paper investigates the football teaching in Hebei Institute of Science and Technology. Through a comparative study of the experimental teaching of football for one semester (18 weeks), the following conclusions are drawn: 1: 1, the effect of the new teaching method in improving the basic football skills is not obvious. The teaching method of group cooperation within the group improved the cohesion of the students' team tasks, but the effect on improving social cohesion was not obvious. The teaching methods of game and group cooperation were in accordance with the psychological characteristics of college students. The new teaching method improves the enthusiasm of students to take part in football training and improves the effect of classroom practice in college football class, which is beneficial to the classroom atmosphere of football class, and to the cultivation of students' interest in football, the new teaching method improves the enthusiasm of students to take part in football training in practical teaching. The students are very satisfied with the teaching effect of the new teaching method.
