【摘要】：2002年國家再次修訂了《全國普通高等學(xué)校體育課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)綱要》,對國家未來普通高校體育教學(xué)的發(fā)展指出了方向,對全國大專院校學(xué)生的足球教學(xué)提出了新的要求。為了適應(yīng)《綱要》的新要求,根據(jù)河北科技學(xué)院足球教學(xué)實施過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,結(jié)合足球教學(xué)的實踐經(jīng)驗,探討出符合實際情況的足球教學(xué)的方法、手段,使課堂組織形式更貼近高校足球教學(xué)改革的主題思想,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生興趣,提高學(xué)生課堂活動的積極性和團(tuán)隊意識,使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成終身體育鍛煉的好習(xí)慣。促進(jìn)校園足球活動的開展,同時為河北省其他高校的足球教學(xué)提供參考和借鑒。教學(xué)方法在足球課教學(xué)中具有非常重要的作用,它是實現(xiàn)課堂教學(xué)目標(biāo)和完成課堂教學(xué)任務(wù)的有效途徑,直接影響足球課堂的教學(xué)效率。教學(xué)方法運(yùn)用正確,學(xué)生課堂就會認(rèn)真練習(xí),提高學(xué)生對足球的興趣,提高學(xué)生足球練習(xí)的積極性,有效的完成足球課堂教學(xué)的任務(wù),反之就會事與愿違。本研究以河北科技學(xué)院足球選項課學(xué)生為研究對象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,對河北科技學(xué)院的足球教學(xué)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。通過一學(xué)期(18周)足球課實驗教學(xué)的對比研究,最終得出以下結(jié)論:1、新的教學(xué)方法在提高足球基本技術(shù)方面的效果不是很明顯。2、通過組間競爭、組內(nèi)配合地小組合作的教學(xué)方法提高了學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊任務(wù)凝聚力,但是在提高社交凝聚力方面的效果不是很明顯。3、游戲性和小組合作的教學(xué)方法符合大學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn),有利地活躍足球課的課堂氣氛,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對足球的興趣。4、新的教學(xué)方法在實踐教學(xué)中提高了學(xué)生參加足球鍛煉的積極性,提高了高校足球課的課堂練習(xí)效果,學(xué)生對新的教學(xué)方法的教學(xué)效果感到非常滿意。
[Abstract]:In 2002, the country revised the outline of physical Education Teaching in National Colleges and Universities, pointed out the direction of the development of PE teaching in the future of the country, and put forward new requirements for the football teaching of the students of colleges and universities throughout the country. In order to meet the new requirements of the outline, according to the problems in the implementation of football teaching in Hebei Institute of Science and Technology, and combined with the practical experience of football teaching, this paper discusses the methods and means of football teaching in accordance with the actual situation. Make the form of classroom organization more close to the theme of football teaching reform in colleges and universities, cultivate students' interest, improve the enthusiasm and team consciousness of students' classroom activities, and make students form a good habit of lifelong physical exercise. To promote the development of campus football activities, at the same time for other colleges and universities in Hebei Province football teaching reference and reference. Teaching method plays a very important role in football teaching. It is an effective way to achieve the goal of classroom teaching and accomplish the task of classroom teaching, which directly affects the teaching efficiency of football class. If the teaching method is used correctly, students will practice in class, improve their interest in football, improve their enthusiasm in football practice, and accomplish the task of teaching football effectively. Otherwise, it will backfire. In this study, the students of football elective course in Hebei University of Science and Technology were taken as the research objects, and the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on were used. This paper investigates the football teaching in Hebei Institute of Science and Technology. Through a comparative study of the experimental teaching of football for one semester (18 weeks), the following conclusions are drawn: 1: 1, the effect of the new teaching method in improving the basic football skills is not obvious. The teaching method of group cooperation within the group improved the cohesion of the students' team tasks, but the effect on improving social cohesion was not obvious. The teaching methods of game and group cooperation were in accordance with the psychological characteristics of college students. The new teaching method improves the enthusiasm of students to take part in football training and improves the effect of classroom practice in college football class, which is beneficial to the classroom atmosphere of football class, and to the cultivation of students' interest in football, the new teaching method improves the enthusiasm of students to take part in football training in practical teaching. The students are very satisfied with the teaching effect of the new teaching method.
