【摘要】：本研究通過文獻資料法、實驗法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法、對比分析法,對籃球游戲教學(xué)方式提高高職女生身體素質(zhì)、學(xué)習籃球興趣以及基本籃球技能等方面進行了實驗研究。實驗結(jié)果表明:1.通過籃球游戲教學(xué)方式,高職女生籃球選修課的學(xué)習動機有較大改善,由原來的學(xué)校強制性要求逐漸改善成為一種愛好,學(xué)習態(tài)度方面也有改善。2.通過實驗表明高職女生實驗班的籃球?qū)W習興趣、課余籃球運動頻率均有了明顯的提高,且籃球?qū)W習興趣隨著實驗的進行都在逐步提高,3.高職女生在籃球基本技能方面相較傳統(tǒng)籃球教學(xué)方式有所提高了,籃球游戲的教學(xué)方式有利于高職女生熟悉球性和籃球技術(shù)動作的熟練。4.通過籃球游戲?qū)嶒?能夠有效的提高高職女生身體素質(zhì)。5.通過籃球游戲教學(xué)方式,高職女生在合作能力方面的提高較傳統(tǒng)籃球教學(xué)模式有所提高了。6.籃球與游戲相結(jié)合,有利于籃球選修課堂教學(xué)的進行。
[Abstract]:Through the methods of literature, experiment, questionnaire, data statistics and comparative analysis, this study improves the physical quality of female students in higher vocational education. Learning basketball interest and basic basketball skills and other aspects of experimental research. The result of the experiment shows that 1: 1. Through basketball game teaching, the study motivation of basketball elective course of female students in higher vocational education has been greatly improved, from the original compulsory requirements of the school to gradually improve a hobby, learning attitude has also improved .2. The experiment shows that the basketball learning interest of the female students in the experimental class has been improved obviously, and the basketball learning interest has been improved gradually with the experiment. Compared with the traditional basketball teaching method, the basic basketball skills of the female students in higher vocational education have been improved. The teaching method of basketball game is helpful for the female students in higher vocational education to be familiar with the ball and the skill of basketball. 4. Through the basketball game experiment, can effectively improve the female students' physical fitness. 5. Through the basketball game teaching, the cooperation ability of the female students in higher vocational education has been improved by 6. 6 compared with the traditional basketball teaching mode. The combination of basketball and game is beneficial to the teaching of basketball elective class.
