芻議飲茶對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的影響

【摘要】:體育運(yùn)動(dòng)是人們強(qiáng)身健體的主要方式,在運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中人們會(huì)流失大量的水分和營養(yǎng)物質(zhì),造成疲勞、酸脹、口渴等現(xiàn)象,適當(dāng)飲茶可以幫助人們補(bǔ)充體內(nèi)缺失的各種元素,緩解疲勞,促進(jìn)新陳代謝,恢復(fù)機(jī)體功能。本文從飲茶對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的積極影響著手,分析了在運(yùn)動(dòng)前后飲茶的必要性與重要性,并著眼于茶葉本身的化學(xué)構(gòu)成,闡釋了茶葉中各種元素對(duì)于人體機(jī)能的促進(jìn)作用,最后指出飲茶要適度、適量、按需的幾個(gè)原則,以期更加深入地挖掘茶葉對(duì)于促進(jìn)人體健康的奧秘,更好地把飲茶與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)合起來,達(dá)到事半功倍的訓(xùn)練效果。
[Abstract]:Sports is the main way for people to strengthen their health. During the exercise, people will lose a lot of water and nutrients, resulting in fatigue, acid swelling, thirst and other phenomena. Drinking tea properly can help people to supplement the missing elements in the body. Relieve fatigue, promote metabolism and restore body function. This paper analyzes the necessity and importance of tea drinking before and after the exercise, from the positive influence of tea drinking on sports, and with a view to the chemical composition of tea itself, explains the promoting effect of various elements in tea on the function of human body. Finally, it is pointed out that tea drinking should be moderate, moderate and according to several principles, in order to dig deeper the secret of tea for promoting human health, better combine tea drinking with sports, and achieve the training effect with twice the result with half the effort.
