【摘要】：本文通過教學(xué)效能感量表對(duì)北京體育大學(xué)足球?qū)I(yè)在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。選取了個(gè)人基本情況以及代課情況包括性別、年級(jí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)、專業(yè)、運(yùn)動(dòng)年限、教練員等級(jí)、教師資格證、代課年限、代課類型、代課報(bào)酬等12個(gè)變量,運(yùn)用excel表格和spss統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)教學(xué)效能感、個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感和一般教育效能感進(jìn)行了單因素方差分析來統(tǒng)計(jì)、運(yùn)算、分析研究。結(jié)果表明:北京體育大學(xué)足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)的在校大學(xué)生的教學(xué)效能感、一般教育效能感和個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感在性別方面都具有顯著性差異,且男生都好于女生。北京體育大學(xué)足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)的在校大學(xué)在年級(jí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)、教練員等級(jí)方面的個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感存在著顯著性差異,一般教學(xué)效能感和總的教學(xué)效能感沒有顯著性差異。在個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感方面,大四年級(jí)的在校大學(xué)生教學(xué)效能感最高,其次就是研三年級(jí)學(xué)生,最低的是大一新生;在運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)方面的比較,在校大學(xué)生為國家一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員等級(jí)的個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感最高,國家三級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員等級(jí)的學(xué)生最低;在不同教練員等級(jí)的比較中,亞足聯(lián)c級(jí)教練員的得分最高,其次是d級(jí)教練員,最低的是無教練員等級(jí)的學(xué)生。北京體育大學(xué)足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)的在校大學(xué)生的教學(xué)效能感、一般教育效能感和個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感在不同專業(yè)、不同運(yùn)動(dòng)年限、不同現(xiàn)階段平均分、是否具有教師資格證、代課年限、不同代課報(bào)酬方面都不存在顯著性差異。北京體育大學(xué)足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)的在校大學(xué)生總的教學(xué)效能感和個(gè)人教學(xué)效能感在在不同代課類型存在顯著性差異,在一般教育效能感方面不存在顯著性差異。兩者都是在業(yè)余足球俱樂部進(jìn)行代課的學(xué)生教學(xué)效能感最高。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the college students majoring in football in Beijing University of physical Education by teaching efficacy scale. 12 variables including gender, grade, sports grade, major, sports years, coaches' grade, teacher's qualification certificate, substitute years, substitute class type, substitute reward and so on were selected. The single factor variance analysis of teaching efficacy, personal teaching efficacy and general educational efficacy was carried out by using excel tables and spss software. The results showed that there were significant differences in teaching efficacy, general educational efficacy and personal teaching efficacy between male and female students, and boys were better than girls. There are significant differences in personal teaching efficacy in grade, sports level and coaches' level in the football program of Beijing University of physical Education, but there is no significant difference between general teaching efficacy and total teaching efficacy. In terms of personal teaching efficacy, the college students in the fourth grade had the highest sense of teaching efficacy, followed by the third-year students, and the lowest were freshmen. College students have the highest sense of personal teaching efficacy at the level of national first-grade athletes, while the students of the grade of national third-level athletes have the lowest; in the comparison of different levels of coaches, the scores of the C-level coaches of the Asian Football Association are the highest, followed by the coaches of the grade d. The lowest is the student with no coaching level. The teaching efficacy, general educational efficacy and personal teaching efficacy of the football students of Beijing physical Education University are divided into different majors, different sports years, different average scores at present, whether they have teacher qualification certificates and substitute teaching years. There is no significant difference in different substitute pay. There are significant differences in the total teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy between the students of Beijing physical Education University football project in different substitute types, but there is no significant difference in the general educational efficacy. Both are the students who substitute in the amateur football club have the highest sense of teaching efficacy.
