【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展越來(lái)越多的人參與到網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)中來(lái),以北京市為首的發(fā)達(dá)城市網(wǎng)球的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)多元化的發(fā)展模式。網(wǎng)球作為世界紳士運(yùn)動(dòng),是一項(xiàng)老少皆宜的體育活動(dòng)。在我國(guó)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,網(wǎng)球教練這一職業(yè)也隨之產(chǎn)生,以北京市為例進(jìn)行研究調(diào)查北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員職業(yè)穩(wěn)定性,通過(guò)分析北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員職業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的因素,為北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員以及想要成為一名業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員的人提供參考,為北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球市場(chǎng)又快又好發(fā)展提供保障。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員的基本情況、從業(yè)情況以及影響北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員職業(yè)穩(wěn)定性因素三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入研究,客觀分析業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員從業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的規(guī)律和社會(huì)對(duì)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)教練員人才的需求,找出影響教練員職業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的因素,提出促進(jìn)業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員這一職業(yè)又快又好發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。研究結(jié)果顯示,北京市業(yè)網(wǎng)球教練員職業(yè)穩(wěn)定性受戶籍、教練員的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、從事職業(yè)影響較大。受學(xué)歷層次,教練員級(jí)別和教練員擁有教練員資格認(rèn)證、裁判員等級(jí)認(rèn)證等的影響,學(xué)歷層次、級(jí)別越高,從事這個(gè)職業(yè)的時(shí)間就越長(zhǎng),其穩(wěn)定性就越高。北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員中在校大學(xué)生兼職教練員是最不穩(wěn)定人群。還有教練員因?yàn)槟挲g的增加教練員體力和精力的下降,致使部分年齡大的從業(yè)人群數(shù)量減少。通過(guò)研究教練員個(gè)人能力、個(gè)人需求、收入情況以及市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和天氣狀況等因素,深入分析業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員職業(yè)穩(wěn)定性現(xiàn)狀,提出如何提高從事業(yè)余網(wǎng)球教練員的數(shù)量和整體素質(zhì)的對(duì)策和建議,為北京市網(wǎng)球發(fā)展和網(wǎng)球教練員隊(duì)伍的快速發(fā)展提供參考意見(jiàn)和理論支撐。
[Abstract]:With the development of tennis, more and more people participate in tennis. Tennis, as a world gentleman's sport, is a sport for all ages. In the course of the development of tennis in China, the profession of tennis coach has also come into being. Taking Beijing as an example, the professional stability of amateur tennis coaches in Beijing is investigated. By analyzing the factors of professional stability of amateur tennis coaches in Beijing, this paper provides a reference for amateur tennis coaches in Beijing and those who want to become an amateur tennis coach, and provides a guarantee for the fast and good development of amateur tennis market in Beijing. Based on the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper discusses the basic situation of amateur tennis coaches. This paper makes an in-depth study on the situation of amateur tennis coaches and the factors affecting the professional stability of amateur tennis coaches in Beijing, and analyzes objectively the present situation of amateur tennis coaches. Combined with the law of tennis development and the demand of the society for tennis coaches, this paper finds out the factors that affect the coaches' professional stability, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the amateur tennis coaches' rapid and good development. The results show that the career stability of tennis coaches in Beijing is greatly influenced by the age structure of registered permanent residence coaches and their occupation. Under the influence of educational level, coach level and coaches have coaches qualification certification, referee level certification, the higher the educational level, the higher the level, the longer the duration of the occupation, the higher its stability. Among the amateur tennis coaches in Beijing, the part-time coaches of college students are the most unstable people. There are coaches because of the increase of age coaches physical strength and energy decline, resulting in a part of the number of older practitioners. By studying the factors of coaches' personal ability, personal demand, income situation, market environment and weather condition, the present situation of amateur tennis coaches' professional stability is analyzed. The countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the number and overall quality of amateur tennis coaches are put forward in order to provide reference and theoretical support for the development of tennis in Beijing and the rapid development of tennis coaches.
