我國校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡遠程培訓系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:我國校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡遠程培訓是一個新興的研究領域,目前還未有完整的理論構架和體系。本研究以系統(tǒng)論、泛在學習理論、課程設計理論、MOOC理論為基礎,運用理論與實證相結合、定性與定量相結合、抽象與具體相結合、規(guī)范與統(tǒng)一相結合的分析方法,結合文獻資料、專家訪談、專家評價、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、程序設計、邏輯分析等研究方法,在確證我國學校足球教練員的專業(yè)知識結構的基礎上對我國校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡遠程培訓系統(tǒng)的構建進行了構想。研究認為:1)在傳統(tǒng)的"面授試"足球教練員崗位培訓的基礎上,利用網(wǎng)絡媒介可實行跨地區(qū)、跨地域的遠程網(wǎng)絡培訓方式;2)以系統(tǒng)論為指導,從系統(tǒng)構建的目的、原則、結構、功能與環(huán)境,對我國校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡遠程平臺設計進行了指導;3)我國校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡遠程培訓內容的知識結構體系由60個專業(yè)知識指標、8個專業(yè)知識領域、4個專業(yè)知識方向構成三級專業(yè)知識構成;4)根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡遠程培訓的系統(tǒng)原則構想了我國校園足球教練員網(wǎng)絡遠程培訓系統(tǒng)的模型。
[Abstract]:The network distance training of Chinese campus football coaches is a new research field, and there is no complete theoretical framework and system at present. This study is based on system theory, ubiquitous learning theory, curriculum design theory and MOOC theory. It combines theory with demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis, abstract and concrete, norm and unification. Combined with literature, expert interviews, expert evaluation, mathematical statistics, programming, logic analysis and other research methods, On the basis of confirming the professional knowledge structure of school football coaches in our country, this paper conceive the construction of the network distance training system for Chinese campus football coaches. The study shows that on the basis of the traditional "face to face test" football coaches' on-the-job training, the long-distance network training method of cross-region and cross-region can be implemented by using network media. 2) the purpose, principle and structure of the system construction should be taken as the guidance of the system theory. Function and environment, This paper gives a guide to the design of network remote platform for Chinese campus football coaches. 3) the knowledge structure system of network distance training for Chinese campus football coaches consists of 60 professional knowledge indexes, 8 professional knowledge fields and 4 professional knowledge. According to the systematic principle of network distance training, the model of network distance training system for Chinese campus football coaches is proposed.
