山西省體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:實(shí)踐能力的發(fā)展與培養(yǎng)是一個(gè)歷史的辯證過程,自古以來全世界教育界都比較重視實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),曾幾何時(shí)我國的高端人才留學(xué)時(shí)普遍被認(rèn)為是“高分低能”即課本理論學(xué)習(xí)與考試答題能力相對(duì)比較有優(yōu)勢(shì),但是具體的處理現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的突擊應(yīng)變能力比較缺失;隨著全球化的突飛猛進(jìn),現(xiàn)如今國外對(duì)我們的評(píng)價(jià)已由“高分低能”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤暗头值湍堋奔纯荚嚪謹(jǐn)?shù)低,實(shí)際動(dòng)手操作能力差,面對(duì)如此窘境分析原因,最主要的是我國的應(yīng)試教育向素質(zhì)教育的轉(zhuǎn)變過程出現(xiàn)了一些問題,其中最大的問題莫過于對(duì)在校生能力的教育培養(yǎng),正是因?yàn)槟芰Φ娜笔?dǎo)致各種學(xué)習(xí)問題的接踵而來,此問題說小不小說大也不大,本研究認(rèn)為實(shí)踐能力的解決不是一朝一夕的,不是單獨(dú)依靠任何政府部門或者其他手段可以緩解的,需要政府、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生自身等多層面多角度多方位采取有積極效的政策措施進(jìn)行齊抓共管;目前我省體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力相對(duì)比較薄弱,許多體育專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生到社會(huì)就業(yè)單位找不到適合自己的崗位,有的甚至直接被拒之門外,拒絕的原因眾多,但是最主要的還是因?yàn)閷?shí)踐能力的缺乏,沒有實(shí)際的動(dòng)手操作能力,即使理論知識(shí)再豐富也只能是紙上談兵,沒有任何的實(shí)際效果,不能給企業(yè)帶來任何經(jīng)濟(jì)回報(bào)所以很自然就被拒之門外了;由此可見,實(shí)踐能力對(duì)社會(huì)工作單位以及學(xué)生自身來說是何等的重要。對(duì)書本內(nèi)容的解讀是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ),實(shí)踐能力是書本知識(shí)內(nèi)容在具體實(shí)際社會(huì)中的歷練提升,是書本知識(shí)內(nèi)容的再次鑄造升華,只有把所掌握的理論知識(shí)升華為具體的實(shí)踐操作能力,學(xué)生才可以真正的步入現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)選擇適合自己稱心如意的工作崗位。體育教育專業(yè)從新中國成立至今一直以來都是我國體育教育行業(yè)中的傳統(tǒng)專業(yè),從創(chuàng)辦至今為國家培養(yǎng)各方面的體育人才,在新中國成立至今,在我國體育事業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的地位舉足輕重。古往今來,學(xué)校培養(yǎng)的知識(shí)分子備受國家社會(huì)各行各業(yè)的期待與關(guān)注,現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生實(shí)踐能力相對(duì)較低、學(xué)科專業(yè)理論非常欠缺無法滿足國家社會(huì)以及企業(yè)用人單位的人才需求規(guī)格,面對(duì)這樣的社會(huì)殘酷現(xiàn)實(shí),我國大學(xué)體育教育有關(guān)決策者必須采取解決措施,改善不良發(fā)展局面。論文采用各種體育科研相關(guān)方法和具體手段,對(duì)我省部分高校體育教育學(xué)生以及部分在校教職工和一些分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo),進(jìn)行實(shí)際問卷訪談,從實(shí)踐能力的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)著手,對(duì)我省部分老牌高校體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況、目標(biāo)、途徑、培養(yǎng)模式等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行詳細(xì)解讀,試圖找出我省體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)面臨的相關(guān)缺陷,并提出些許改進(jìn)的意見和舉措,以求能夠?yàn)槲沂◇w育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)提高盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:The development and cultivation of practical ability is a historical dialectical process. Since ancient times, the educational circles all over the world have paid more attention to the cultivation of practical ability. Once upon a time, the high-end talents in our country were generally considered to be "high scores and low ability", that is, textbook theory learning and examination answering ability were relatively superior, but the ability to deal with practical problems was relatively lacking. With the rapid development of globalization, the evaluation of us in foreign countries has now changed from "high score and low ability" to "low score and low ability", that is, low test scores and poor practical operation ability. In the face of such a difficult situation, we can analyze the reasons. The most important thing is that there are some problems in the process of transformation from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education, among which the biggest problem is the cultivation of the ability of students in school. It is precisely because of the lack of ability that various learning problems follow. The problem is that small novels are not big, this study believes that the solution of practical ability is not overnight, not relying on any government departments or other means can be alleviated, need the government, society, schools, teachers, The students themselves have adopted positive and effective policies and measures in many aspects, such as themselves, and the practice ability of the students majoring in physical education in our province is relatively weak at present. Many sports graduates cannot find suitable jobs in social employment units, and some are even directly rejected for many reasons, but the most important reason is the lack of practical ability. Without practical hands-on ability, even if the theoretical knowledge is enriched, it can only be a piece of paper, without any practical effect, and can not bring any economic returns to the enterprise, so it is quite natural to be shut out of the door; thus, it can be seen that, Practical ability is very important to social work units and students themselves. The interpretation of the book content is the basis of the students' study, the practical ability is the promotion of the book knowledge content in the concrete actual society, and it is the re-casting and sublimation of the book knowledge content. Only by sublimating the theoretical knowledge into the practical operation ability, can the students choose a suitable job for themselves in a realistic society. Since the founding of New China, the major of physical education has always been a traditional major in the field of physical education in our country. Since its inception, it has trained sports talents in various fields for the country, and has been established since the founding of the people's Republic of China. It plays an important role in the development of sports in our country. Through the ages, the intellectuals trained by the school have attracted the expectation and attention of all kinds of industries in the national society, and the practical ability of college graduates in the real society is relatively low. The theory of discipline and specialty is very short of the national society and the enterprise employing unit's talent demand specification. In the face of the cruel reality of the society, the decision makers of physical education in our country must take some measures to improve the bad development situation. In this paper, some physical education students in colleges and universities, some teaching staff and some leaders in charge of physical education in our province are interviewed with practical questionnaire, and the relevant theoretical knowledge of practical ability is discussed by using various methods and specific means of sports scientific research. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the actual situation, objectives, approaches and training models of the practical ability training of the students majoring in physical education in some old universities in our province, and tries to find out the relevant defects faced by the cultivation of the practical ability of the students majoring in physical education in our province. Some suggestions and measures are put forward in order to improve the practical ability of physical education students in our province.
