廣州地區(qū)高校體育院系教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系中信息反饋機(jī)制的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系是保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量不斷提高的重要手段,也是教學(xué)管理的重要組成部分。信息反饋在整個(gè)教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控中屬于統(tǒng)籌樞紐地位,建立一個(gè)完善的信息反饋網(wǎng)絡(luò),需要建立多條信息反饋渠道,高校才能做到廣泛而準(zhǔn)確地收集信息。渠道暢通,傳遞迅速,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的質(zhì)量問題,及時(shí)反饋,及時(shí)研究決策,采取預(yù)防措施,才能保障教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的全面性有效性,達(dá)到教學(xué)質(zhì)量的有效提高,保證教學(xué)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)順利進(jìn)行,對高校規(guī)范教學(xué)管理有著重要意義,同時(shí)也可以為學(xué)院對教學(xué)工作的決策提供可靠的依據(jù)。運(yùn)用信息論、系統(tǒng)論、控制論的理論基礎(chǔ)對高校信息反饋機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問卷調(diào)查法,訪談法,數(shù)理分析法,全文將從以下幾個(gè)方面展開:第一部分,對本研究的相關(guān)背景及理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行闡述,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀第二部分,介紹研究技術(shù)路線,研究對象和研究方法第三部分,對當(dāng)下體育院系教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系中信息反饋機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀研究。第四部分,通過對現(xiàn)狀的分析找出存在問題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和完善,達(dá)到促進(jìn)信息反饋機(jī)制良好的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),從而達(dá)到提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的作用對教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系中的信息反饋機(jī)制和影響教學(xué)質(zhì)量的因素進(jìn)行綜合分析探索,了解信息反饋各子系統(tǒng)(學(xué)生、教師、管理部門、教學(xué)督導(dǎo)部門、社會(huì)評價(jià))運(yùn)行規(guī)則及存在問題,對信息反饋的各參與人員、反饋渠道,部門協(xié)作、制度建設(shè)、信息收集整理分析輸出等進(jìn)行分析研究,希望能找出信息反饋機(jī)制中的不合理因素,對信息反饋收集、整理、分析、傳導(dǎo)及處理等優(yōu)化,保障信息反饋的暢通及多元化,總結(jié)出具有一定通用性和指導(dǎo)性的信息反饋方式方法,以期達(dá)到完善信息反饋機(jī)制的目的,進(jìn)一步提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障體系中信息反饋的作用。
[Abstract]:Teaching quality monitoring system is an important means to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching quality, and also an important part of teaching management. Information feedback plays a pivotal role in the whole teaching quality monitoring. To establish a perfect information feedback network, it is necessary to establish multiple information feedback channels so that colleges and universities can collect information widely and accurately. In order to ensure the comprehensive effectiveness of teaching quality control and achieve the effective improvement of teaching quality, the channel is unblocked, the transmission is rapid, the existing quality problems are found in time, the feedback is timely, the decision is studied in time, and preventive measures are taken. To ensure the smooth progress of each link of teaching is of great significance to the standardization of teaching management in colleges and universities, and at the same time, it can provide a reliable basis for the decision-making of teaching work in colleges and universities. Using the theoretical basis of information theory, system theory and cybernetics to study the mechanism of information feedback in colleges and universities, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical analysis, the full text will be carried out from the following aspects: part one, The related background and theoretical basis of this study are described, the second part of the current research situation at home and abroad, the introduction of the research technology route, research object and research methods the third part, The present situation of information feedback mechanism in teaching quality monitoring system of physical education colleges and departments is studied. The fourth part, through the analysis of the current situation to find out the existing problems to optimize and improve, to promote the good operation of information feedback mechanism, In order to improve the teaching quality, the information feedback mechanism in the teaching quality monitoring system and the factors affecting the teaching quality are comprehensively analyzed and explored, and the information feedback subsystems (students, teachers, management departments) are understood. Teaching supervision department, social evaluation) operating rules and existing problems, the information feedback of the participants, feedback channels, departmental collaboration, system construction, information collection, analysis and analysis of the output, etc., We hope that we can find out the unreasonable factors in the information feedback mechanism, optimize the collection, collation, analysis, transmission and processing of information feedback, so as to ensure the smooth and diversified information feedback. In order to improve the information feedback mechanism and improve the function of information feedback in the teaching quality guarantee system, this paper summarizes the general and instructive methods of information feedback.
