【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例分析法等,研究北京體育總會在建設(shè)樞紐型社會組織方面的經(jīng)驗。研究認(rèn)為:樞紐型體育社會組織在政府與體育社會組織之間發(fā)揮橋梁紐帶作用,一般以聯(lián)合性的體育社會組織為存在形式,促進(jìn)社會組織自主發(fā)展與加強政府對社會組織管理是其主要功能;目前北京已初步形成了市、區(qū)縣、街道鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)三級樞紐型體育社會組織的管理體系;存在的問題有政社分開仍未有效解決、社會化服務(wù)不突出、組織能力建設(shè)不夠等。建議:正確把握與行政部門的關(guān)系、突出服務(wù)功能、推動自身改革、加大幫扶力度、構(gòu)建適應(yīng)社會需求的組織體系等。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature and case analysis, this paper studies the experience of Beijing Sports Federation in the construction of pivotal social organization. It is believed that the pivotal sports social organization plays a role as a bridge between the government and the sports social organization, generally in the form of joint sports social organization. Promoting the independent development of social organizations and strengthening the government's management of social organizations are its main functions. At present, Beijing has initially formed the management system of three types of sports social organizations: city, district, county, street and township. The existing problems are still not effectively solved, socialization service is not outstanding, and organizational capacity building is not enough. Suggestions: correctly grasp the relationship with the administrative departments, highlight the service function, promote their own reform, increase the strength of support, and build an organizational system to meet the needs of the society.
